Travel / Check in time for U.S. flights from WAW airport [13]

Two hours should be enough because the check-in doesn't open earlier than that. But it won't hurt to come earlier, you'll just be waiting longer. Last year I came 2 hours earlier because I was transporting puppies with me and we were the first ones there. But then after I got tickets for the pups we waited an hour in line to get on the plane once we got pass the security. But the plane didn't leave until every one was on board, and of course the plane left later. And it was a mess because there was one line to two gates which were seperated later, but now there shouldn't be that much chaos with the new section.

Love / polish girl was by far the best [17]

My Polish girl is brunette cute, very pretty and I believe could make me a good wife. But she is married with a child in Poland ,

Hold on to your deam. Things change and don't give up. Her husband might die and she'll be free. You never know. The time has to be right.

Love / Polish women are the best!!!!!! [77]

A lot of men have been fooled in their time

A lot of women have been also. All guys want is to use a woman and take everything they can from her. Then use her some more and watch her lose her mind because of some stupid guy.

News / What do Polish friends think of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton? [226]

When I hear somebody like Krysia I wish there was a minimum IQ requirement for voting. Or a law which would say that anybody with less brain cells then an everage broom (Krysia!) could not vote.

Why don't you go back to Poland where you came from and don't try to think like an American because you don't have a brain and you don't have a clue about American politics.

Life / What do Poles do for fun? [49]

Polish women like flowers. Get some roses, learn how to say a few Polish words if he doesn't know any yet or go for a trip somewhere special.

He can impress her by buying some Polish food such as bread, kiełbasa, make Polish chicken soup and have a Polish candle light dinner with Polish music playing.

It's hard to answer this because we don't know what interests her.

Life / Polish Tirówki [9]

What is a Tirówka? Some call them Lot-Lizards.
Every third one of them has AIDS. They do 1-3 guys a day.
You can find them standing by the roadside usually by some woods.

Travel / Getting from Wroclaw Airport into Town [23]

Don't worry what they say! Make sure the children are safe and happy. There will always be someone who hates children and no matter how well behaved the child is they will always complain. So ignore their stares and remarks. Take care of them and make sure they're happy and safe. Kids will be kids.

Life / School for 6 year olds an obligation in Poland soon? [19]

Kindergarten in the US starts at age 5 but it is not mandatory in the state of Wisconsin so you can send your child to first grade at age six. In Poland first grade starts at age seven. I sarted school in the US then moved to Poland and was always the youngest in class so 6 year old isn't too young.

My 4 year old goes to preschool for 3.5 hours a day. They also call it the 4-year old kindergarten and he's really smart.

UK, Ireland / Catholic church experience for Poles in England [22]

hehehe...that's funny..
I always look around at church. Some sculptures are awesome, the frescos and stained glass is beautiful, the architecture which could be classical or venetian depending on when the church was erected. And of course you look around at people. In Europe they dress up for church more than they do in the US.

UK, Ireland / Catholic church experience for Poles in England [22]

My aunt was a nun in London and we always went to church and I always checked out the organs. The Westminister Abby has the coolest pipe organ. I always wanted to touch them....

Life / School for 6 year olds an obligation in Poland soon? [19]

The x-husbands sister was homeschooling her kids and they were dumber than a rock. She herself never got any education and was a potato farmer so that's all they expected from their kids anyway. They were quiet, shy around other kids, no goals in life, no discipline of getting up, dressed to go to school, waiting for the schoolbus, no excitment, anticipations, studying like mad for an exam, etc. which is important later in life when working. She could never replace a music teacher, a chemistry teacher, math teacher all in one person when she herself has no clue about things. They missed out a lot in life without having new friends, no sports events, no cheerleading try-outs.

Now one daughter is married to another homeschooled kid and they bought a potato farm and work in a factory.
