News / What American Foreign Polices towards Poland would you Change? [11]

Don't give Poland those visas! They overstay them and are here illegally then they wonder why they have to go back because Poles don't understand that with these visas they have to return to their country and no lawyer will touch their case when they marry a US citizen to get citizenship.

It's better that way for everybody.
Duh.

News / Poland: the 51st state of America [119]

One of the biggest problems of America is that they only have two major parties, it is unbelievable that 200+ millions of people can share only views of two parties. In Poland that have 38 million of people there are always at least 3-6 parties that have different opinions on crucial matters.

One of the biggest problem Poland has is there are always at least 3-6 parties that have different opinions. No wonder Poland is corrupted the way she is where no one agrees to anything and complains about everything.

USA, Canada / How to get american papers after visa expired ???!!! [55]

Then you have to go back. Those are the rules to abide by.
Maybe that's the reason the US doesn't get rid of visa's for Poles because they don't return to their country??????????
Duh....

Madam, quit smoking dope, it is warping your brain waves. I personally could care less if they get rid of those visas, I was just mentioning a few reasons why many Poles are starting to drop the "I love the USA" act, so don't poo-poo me.

Sorry dude, never did that stuff. USA doesn't care if Poles drop the "I love the USA" crap so go poopoo yourself little boy. lol

If you are about to die, go to an american hospital, if you don't show them you have insurance or enough money to justify an expensive operation, you just die by the hospital door.

Stop spreading lies.
I didn't have insurance when I had an accident, was unconcious, ready to die. I was a poor college student and "they" didn't leave me to die at the hospital door.

If you don't know what you're talking about, stop spreading false information.

News / Poland: the 51st state of America [119]

America's refusal to get rid of entry visas for Poles, Bush's stupid remarks, and the Iraq invasion have started to turn many Poles against the US.

Who says the US has to get rid of visas? Poland thinks they are the greatest on Earth but they come here and complain about everything and don't abide by our rules. Before April 1991 Poland required visas for US citizens. They didn't complain, it was the Poles with US citizenship that complained the most about it.

There are enough Poles in the US, this is not Poland here. Too many Poles will make it look like Poland, full of corruption and lies. Everyone lives on bribes there. Walesa denies any corruption, but in his new book things point the other way. That's how many Poles operate: what is there for me.

Love / My polish g/f can be a nightmare,is it always like this [262]

Very stubborn, never taking blame

That's how my mom is. She's all Polish and never takes the blame for anything. She's always right. She can call me stupid etc., but I wouldn't dare to talk back to her.

Yes, that's how they are. lol

News / Poland: the 51st state of America [119]

I wasn't born in Poland but know many of them in the US. I had a relationship with a Pole and the more I gave him the more he wanted. So based on my experiences I see Poles as wanting more while stepping all over you.

Of course, they are not all like that, but haven't met any yet. ;)

Life / Cool Polish names [133]

My wife is not Polish and wouldn't allow Andrzej.

And she's probably right because it would be hard to pronounce in English. They would say it Ann-dr-zage or something weird and nobody would know how to spell it.

How many Poles are there already in the US? Chicago alone? You give Poland an inch, they take a mile and then they want more.

Poland should be thankful for what America did for them not for what they didn't get because they think the world owes them.

Food / Polish Milk, Just not the same [54]

doić. Yup. You squeeze gently from the top and squeeze slowly all the way down.
You can pretend you're doisz by taking a latex glove and putting water in the fingers and poke holes on the bottom...

Language / Two verbs: to clean - some examples of usage... [6]

You're right.

Czyścić means "to clean" like the bathroom
Sprzątać is to "clean up" a mess for example
To wash a car you would say "myję" samochód, unless it's in the inside then you can use "czyszczę"

Life / I'm engaged to a girl from Poland. Moving to Poland from the US. [28]

Good luck in the marriage department. Some Poles believe May is a bad month to marry. Superstitions I guess...
Contact the Polish Embassy in Chicago about the visa, they will give you all the answers you need.
When you're there you can check out the papers, they have lots of rental adds.
Cooks don't make much there. You'd be better teaching english.
