How to get american papers after visa expired ???!!!

I'm currently will be attending college,
I'm here with no papers, i came to the u.s.a with my parents when i was young,
my visa is expired is there anyway to renew your visa and apply for citizenship?
or someway to get papers without getting married to a u.s citizen?

I know a girl that overstayed her visa by 6 years
She went back to Poland to vist her Mother and now shes not allowed to
come back for 10 years.

I've been in the u.s for 6 years.
and we have gone to so many attorneys, all they seem to do is take so much money from us, and then they avoid you, just a bunch of scams.

as to the expried visa, you're kid of screwed as you are illegal now and you showing up may warrant a detention and deportation.

One way is to get married to US citizen. You can go back to Poland and try to get a student visa then you can come here legally at least for a while.

How is it possible to for a family, parents and a child, to get visas to The USA? Did you all enter legally?

You say your visa expired, but your parents are here legally.....would they not have renewed your visa when they renewed theirs? Something does not add up....did you come here legally? Did your parents?
