Is Poland currently able to ship packages to USA?

My friend was denied last Monday from shipping a gift in a box to USA. Can anyone advise if suspension has been lifted?

I shipped to USA no problem using UPS. Expensive but arrived quick.

Try not to set a value of a gift over $100 to avoid possible duty problems. They usually don't check the contents of your package so be smart about it.
