Will Americans flee from the US to Poland?

Yuma has over 4000 hours of sun per year.

This will turn you into a redskin. In Poland, rather unlikely.

Although a little more sun would be nice in Poland in December.

If you were here where I live you would shutter right now.
High winds with a wet heavy snow.
If you drive on it, it turns to ice.
The roads are glare ice, all the schools are closed, and I am on my last bottle of bourbon and can't get to town.
We have had well over three feet of snow in the last two days and it is still snowing.
I am literally snowed in and can't get out if I wanted to.
Poland has cake walk winters compared to Northern Michigan winters.
These are the days that you rest up from the rest of the world.
Shut your phone off, get in in your recliner chair with your cat on your lap, cover him with a light blanket, turn a movie on and fall asleep.
I like gray days too but not as many as Poland has.
My bourbon bill would be astronomical if I lived in Poland.

True, I saw it in online reports. Chaos. How about winter tyres?? Do most Americans put them on, like we do in Poland??

winter tyres

They ride on all-season tires.

Not bad but not so good as winter designed tyres. ))) And if they additionally buy cheap Chinese all season tyres, no wonder there is chaos on the snowy roads in the US.

Not bad but not so good as winter designed tyres.

All season tires gives a smoother ride, much better gas mileage and last much longer than winter tires.
And yes, they work very well on snowy roads.
they additionally buy cheap Chinese all season tyres

I have all season Bridgestone Duelers on my truck that run about $1200 + for the four of them.
They are one of the best tire brands around the world.
Bridgestone Corporation is primarily a Japan based multinational company with approximately 181 production facilities distributed across 24 countries.
no wonder there is chaos on the snowy roads in the US.

I guess your reading comprehension failed you again
What I said was:
a wet heavy snow.
If you drive on it, it turns to ice.
The roads are glare ice,

Doesn't matter what kind of tires you have driving on ice, you are not going to stop.
Studded tires and chains are outlawed in my State so put that one to rest too.
Class dismissed

I wouldn't be able to get to work in my rear-wheel drive car in the winter on all-season tires.

I guess your reading

No, it was OK. Contrary to yours. :):):)

What I said was:

Mentioning chaos I didn`t comment on your comments. I commented on what I saw in online reports. :):)

they work very well on snowy roads.

Of course not so very well. Change it into not badly. Winter tyres are much better.

much better gas mileage

Of course not.
Sorry, you don`t know what you are talking abouit.

That's probably expensive, for a passenger car that's how much the tires and aluminum wheels would cost.

%99 of meat eaters from America rep LGBTQ community at some point in their lifetime. they want trannies to be legal.
In Canada, They are huge here, you see judges and much more like teachers, cops, healthcare worker, etc.. they took over the country, Canada over all doesnt beat any depression, it makes it alot worse to everyone, it shouldnt import diseased people before solving its own problems. Every single person creepy here must let go to somewhere else or economy will stay garbage.

Assfvckers are doing us a favor...They pay taxes but don't have kids that need to be educated - sorry, I meant indoctrinated - at 20 gees a year.

The real problem is with the trans freaks. Just imagine a movement that insists on new multiplication tables and calls you a transphobe if you refuse to accept that 2 times 2 is 5.

These mfers are doing this to the language.

As someone said...Trans war is a war of semantics. Its first victims were "is" and "are"- typically used to state objectively true facts. For example: Trans women are actually men.

Now "is" has replaced believes, feels, claims, pretends, masquerades, etc...thus making the trans movement into another religion - not to be ever questioned under the penalty of being canceled.

Of course not so very well. Change it into not badly.

If they are on little toy cars like you drive in Poland, perhaps.
My vehicle is a 4x4 so my 20" all season tires work just fine in two feet of snow.
Your little puddle jumper would bottom out in two feet of snow no matter what kind of tires you had on it.
Of course not.
Sorry, you don`t know what you are talking abouit.

Oh but I do, snow tires require more fuel for several reasons.
1. Heavier - deeper tread that causes more friction and rolling resistance
2. Snow tires have softer rubber decreasing the life of the tire in warmer weather
3. A snow tire will decrease gas mileage by 5 to 15%.
(Google it)

You stick to indoctrinating kids with your Woke b.s. and I will stick to being a tire expert. :-)))

yes, we know you ran a car service garage. ):)
But when you were active professionally, all season tyres weren`t invented yet so what you are saying about them here comes from what you read online and you should know the net is the primary source of fake news and disinformation. Better keep wary.

All season tires came out 45 years ago and since then I buy a new set every 3 years or so.
So I have bought 12 or 15 sets of them and do my research on them.
So that makes me an expert compared to you.
A set of 20" Michelin Defender LTX M/S for my vehicle will run over $2000 for the four tire set including tax.
I don't need that quality so mine run me about $1200 for four that do the trick.
Also after a tire is four or five years old the rubber hardens in them causing them to lose their grip in starting and stopping no matter how much tread is on them.
A vehicle left in the sun will harden the tires rubber even quicker.
And I see you avoided admitting I was right about snow tires wearing out faster and getting less gas mileage than an all season tire.

As the old saying goes 'co jest do wszystkiego to jest do niczego'.

All season would be a good solution to me as not to worry about changing but:
All seasons have worse grip in winter than dedicated tyres
All season tyre is best if you live somewhere that does not get especially cold or see too much snow and ice.
goodyear.eu/en_gb/consumer/learn/summer-and-all-season-tires.html#:~:text=All%20season%20tyres%20blend%20the,too%20much%20snow%20and%20ice.

And it's not good in summer for fuel.

Fuel consumption - As all season tyres are not optimized for warm weather driving, they do not perform as efficiently on dry roads compared to summer

As the old saying goes 'co jest do wszystkiego to jest do niczego'.

Very true.
Another huge factor that we are over looking here is that most personal vehicles in America are either AWD or 4 WD so you really don't need snow tires.
There are very few rear wheel drive cars in States that get much snow.
Those that do get a lot of snow it is imperative that RW drive cars have snow tires on the rear of the car.
All seasons have worse grip in winter than dedicated tyres

That's not only because of the tread design but also dedicated tires are made of a much softer rubber which gives them more grip.
Back fifty years ago before AWD cars, I always bought two used rims to mount my snow tires on.
In this way you could simply change your snow tires on and off your car without re-mounting them each time saving not only the wear and tear on the tires but the extra money to do it.

This is actually normal where I live, everyone usually has four rims with summer tires and four rims with winter tires.

You only need winter tires (snow tires) on the back if it is a rear drive (two wheel drive) car or truck.
If it is an awd or 4x4 then you should always replace all four tires that are all the same size.

No, that's not true, you have to turn the front wheels left and right and for that you also need winter tires in winter on the snow on the front axle.

The Polish embassy in the US has just issued a statement encouraging Poles living in the US to return to Poland. What a strange coincidence with the inauguration of the new US president.

It looks like it's getting dangerous there. Today, a fascist group called the 'proud boys' were marching through Washington intimidating people and the appalling Musk person gave a salute during a speech which would be illegal in Germany.

They marched because the country has freedom of speech and, therefore, is not fascist.

Musk person gave a salute during a speech which would be illegal in Germany.

It would be illegal in Germany because Germany has no freedom of speech and, therefore, is fascist.

I saw a peaceful transfer of power:)

Its not like you live here anyhow, you should worry about Europes problems instead of the USA nonstop.

Americans aren't going to flee to Poland, there is no money to be made over there... Thats why Poles still want to move over here..lol

illegal in Germany.

Who cares about what's illegal in Germany? We sure dont!

Seek help for your TDS affliction leftards!😂😂

The only time I am tempted to flee America is when I see or hear Melania...

What the fvck was that hat for? She looked ridiculous and out of place. No other woman wore a hat - especially at the table...
