I want to make a bank transaction to a Canadian bank

Hello, I am trying to make a transaction to a Canadian bank,
I have:
- The account number, name, and address
- SWIFT code,
- Bank name,
- Branch address,
- And CC code

I am transferring from Santander, can I transfer online? and is there any other info I need?

I went to one branch but the customer service there didn't speak English just wrote a few things all I got from it, is that I need the SWIFT number

Other things I have been asked for are the IBAN and the BIC number

The iban is usually the swift and the bank code joined together but I don't know if that is the case in Canada
