Dualpole

DzieĆ dobry!
I am having difficulties with getting my dual citizenship because when my dad emigrated to the United States, he changed his name so that he would go by his middle name.
Both my parents have valid Polish and American passports, however, my dad has two separate names. This made it difficult when I initially apply because at the time, I did not have proof of this name change. Currently, my Polish birth certificate only has my mother's name on it.
I recently found his Petition of Naturalization and it does record his name change. This was how a name change in the US immigration process was done this way in the 70s. Would this be enough evidence for me to prove that he has a different name and can then list him as my father?
