Anyone knows whats the prices of 1 bedrooms apartments in LA?

The approximate price is 1,500 dollars. That's for an apartment in a decent neighborhood. There are really bad neighborhoods where the rent is less. And nothing works in those apartments.

How far away would you want to live from downtown Los Angeles? Chino Hills is considered one of the best cities but it's about 40 miles away from downtown LA but still close to the LA county line. LA is so big, with many cities and two large valleys.

It varies and mostly depends on the location, but today you can get the cheapest one (155 sqf / 10 sqm) for about $800, with an average at about $1200. You may be better off looking for a studio where you can share your main living area with your bedroom.
