That can be true. The bottom end of Nowy Świat in Warsaw has become a bit of a zoo over the past couple of years; the 'pijalnia' (mordownia even) bars have contributed to that.

In the UK, I've heard that it's mainly small towns that have problems, rather than large cities. Here it's usually the other way round, due to demographics and income levels.

I still remember that notice in a Polish pub`s restroom. It was in English addressing British tourists with such a request - Do not pee into the washbasin. Use the toilet on the right instead.

A typical British tourist`s jaw drops down to the ground when they come and visit a historical Polish city coz the difference is astounding.

I saw a lot of drunken Brits when
visiting Krakow. I thought it was funny, but can see how annoying it would be after awhile. You desperately need that British money above anything else. So, puking in the streets is commonplace and excepted. Keep the stag parties coming and the money flowing. 🤮🤮🤮

I just don't get why they marking Kraków as a place for stag parties or what have you. There could be different places for that.
