Is there any 3 years daily masters degree (MS) for pharmacology or pharmacy? Just wondering what schools in Poland or maybe nearby in Germany have those programs?

You mean in English? If yes then check this website: study in poland .pl/en/. It's not there, then probably it doesn't exist. Germany has similar website with all programs: study-in.de/en/

Sure, they do. In Warsaw: wf.wum.edu.pl/oferta/studia-jednolite-magisterskie/farmacja or in Gdańsk (a stone throw's from Germany): rekrutacja.gumed.edu.pl/1252.html. There are other universities that offer these programs in Poland too, both BA and MSc.
