Need advice with applying in University of Warsaw

Hello everyone,
I am a Vietnamese student preparing to study master's in the Data Science and Business Analytics program (English studies) at the University of Warsaw. In the preparation period, I have a few problems I don't know how to solve, so I hope someone can answer my question because I searched for this on the website but couldn't find it.

1. is it easy for foreigners to apply to such a big school with a 3.2-3.4/4.0 GPA? Moreover, I have a bachelor's degree in International Business, so it can be considered a partial opposite (30-50%) compared to the master's major I want to apply for.

2. I do not understand how to grade conversions from 10 or 4 to (5!) at the University of Warsaw. Is there a way to convert to that scale? a model or formula?

3. Each credit in Vietnam will be equivalent to 1.42 - 3 Credits according to the ECTS credit system. Should I take 1.5 or 2 credits to convert for credits in Vietnam?

4. I need a study plan and a draft of my master's thesis, are the Ph.D. teachers at UW friendly when I ask for references? I'm afraid that teachers won't like foreign students.

If anyone knows of any of the above, please help me answer my questions so I can do better on my application.
Thank you very much.

There will usually be no problem getting accepted if you have average grades. The university runs these English language options in order to attract as many international students as possible because it brings them a lot of money.

This might help you.

The teachers will be ok. The office staff in Poland can be difficult to deal with. They don't have a problem with foreigners but they are not very efficient. However you will usually get what you need eventually but you may have to ask several times or ask a few different people!

In general, if you have any questions about applications, it's best to contact the university directly and ask them. As it says on the University of Warsaw website:

"In case of any further questions, please contact appropriate unit conducting studies or the Admissions Office (by asking a question at the IRK system or directly)."

@Mavisho,
Did you decide to learn any Polish before applying? Not a necessity though, I'd expect. As with much of the Continent, Poland too has many native English speaking instructors among their university teaching faculty, I've been told.

However, as the trend nowadays is to teach in Globish, chances are also good that your professors will be from either Poland, Germany, the Netherlands etc., not only from the UK, Canada or the States:-)
