Council future development Certification Required for Block housing Apartments before Sale

Hi All

I am in processes of listing and selling an apartment and my agent is requesting me to get a certificate from council/housing group (not sure which) to show that there is no immediate consideration in change of use of the land. Presuming that whoever is buying the apartment knows that it will not be demolished in 10 years' time.... Living in the UK, does anyone know if I can get this through website? or do I have to go to Poland to get it in person.

Has anyone heard of this certificate as well

NO,you dont need any such certificate for flats in Poland. In fact you dont even need the orignal notariusz deed, the notariusz doing the closing can find out everything for a fee.All you need is your identification or a notarised power of attorney.

Then again a old nanny/housecleaner here can tell you more as she claims to be a expert on properties in Poland but make sure you consult proper people as she is usually wrong.
