You mean like the fake satellite photo released by the Russian government which said it showed a Ukrainian jet shooting down MH17?

2025
THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) - Europe's top human rights court delivered two rulings against Russia Wednesday, stating in the first ruling that Russia violated international law during the conflict in Ukraine, the first time an international court has found Moscow responsible for human rights abuses since the full-scale invasion in 2022.
The court also ruled Russia was behind the downing of Flight MH17, the first time Moscow was named by an international court as being responsible for the 2014 tragedy that claimed 298 lives.

The European Court of Human Rights is a disgrace of an organisation. They directly paved the way for both the US and Israel to torture at will and with impunity.

The Regime in the US specifically mention the disgraceful decision reached by this "court" under political pressure from the UK regime to rebrand Torture as degrading and inhuman. The genocidal regime in Israel did the same.

Any authority international courts had has been destroyed by "the rules based order" ie NATO countries.

Still trotting out Kremlin propaganda then. Pity, I thought that you no longer posting about the "Nazis" running Ukraine was a sign that you'd learned to ignore Putin's bullsh!t.

@Lazarus
I am pointing out that the ECHR has history in making decisions that are politically inspired. They have set at least one very damaging precedent that is used to this day by others to ignore human rights. Of course you are free to make as many partisan decisions as you wish but courts should not have that freedom particularly one with human rights in its title.

Re: Flight MH 17
If you were to go back in archives and read some of the posts made by us in MH 17 you couldn't help but laugh.
How so many of could be so wrong.
The part that was irritating to me was how Russia used Poland's media, along with others, to spread false information.

MH 370 is much more mysterious and intriguing.

MH 370

Do you think it was an accident? They keep finding more and more bits of the plane, some thousands of miles away, carried by ocean currents.

So many theories, some conspiracy theories.

It's worth mentioning though that there were 200kg of Lithium-ion Batteries in the cargo h9ld.

Do you think it was an accident

There are many conspiracy theories: one suggests that employees of a company specializing in "disappearing aircraft" were on board. Another suggests that they carried around 5 tons of gold. However, an accidental suicide is more plausible. More likely than alien abduction.
