I would say most of it is off-topic but you may look at it the other way. It is a place where the worst and most obnoxious posters on PF congregate. lol!

I don't have anyone I would nominate as such. For me, there are posters that have something to offer and are interesting and those who have nothing to offer and just squabble for no sane reason just because they can do it with impunity.

As to strzelec he is not a member of PF or a poster but only a troll per se who is tolerated by adm because Adm is that kind of person.

He doesn't know HOW to police his forum and adhere to the free speech principle. So he chooses to be very lenient with the amount of crap he let people spew but (oh the irony) he enforces some really annoying rules like a number of quotes and some such justifying it by technical difcultys.

How about he wouldn't ignore spammers like strzelec as they cause difficulties for posters to even post here. Hey but evidently spamming forums with some unrelated musings are the essence of freedom of speech for some. You still have a lot to learn Mr. Adm.

Just landed in Frankfurt, didn't have the problem coming back that's what people here assumed , flights were going and coming back to the USA all the time. I was waiting for VAT refund from the tax office and was kinda scared also to fly. US embassy always had 2 chartered flights to and from the USA from New York,Chicago & LA.a week.I stayed in Poland for 4 months instead of going and coming back again.
