While active in everyday life, I don't need weight lifting to keep me in shape. I am the same weight and waist size as when I was twenty years old.
And no I don't diet, eat everything I like. I guess I am the lucky one, nature's favorite. Your attending the gym and powerlifting are admirable in every aspect,

I was back there again yesterday doing some hiking. Had lunch sat on top of the Iron Age hill fort.
