While active in everyday life, I don't need weight lifting to keep me in shape. I am the same weight and waist size as when I was twenty years old.
And no I don't diet, eat everything I like. I guess I am the lucky one, nature's favorite. Your attending the gym and powerlifting are admirable in every aspect,
especially at your age. And keep your six-pack uplifted and pronounced. As far as Johnny is concerned, I wonder if he read the post I created especially for him, describing my travel from Charlevoix to Beaver Island .
