@Novichok:

Why not? Doesn't Department of Justice Policy On Use Of Force apply in such case?: 🤔

Do you know?

Analysis from a former federal prosecutor. He's a republican, but he has a deep understanding of the law and a lot of experience.

I'm talking about or are you all stupid???

The fact that I'm trying to have a civil conversation with you is a testament to my naivety and stupidity. As for the agent's safety, he was already hit by her car. It's important to remember that other agents were also in serious danger. I've only been back for one day, and I'm already feeling tired and overwhelmed by the brilliance and sheer power of your intellect. While I strive to be truthful and polite, it's clear that one won't get ahead by engaging in a duel with you, especially with the dishonest rhetoric, foul language, and leftist propaganda that sometimes comes into play.

I had hoped we could find common ground, but I can't ignore the issue of dignity. For now, I bid you farewell and sincerely hope you stumble upon truth and civility, even if it's by accident.

Dude, I freaking dig your style! Smart, bitingly deprecating, cool-packaged in smooth and clever prose.

Some have fists. Some have balls. Trump has both.

Next: Send the Marines to Greenland and tell the locals they have 72 hours to pack up and leave to Denmark with what they carry or to the US with 1 million bucks and US citizenship.

It would take me 10 milliseconds to decide.

This is why I love America and the American cops like this one...

Get out of the car.

No.

Get out of the car.

No.

Bam...goes the window...

I didn't do notheeeng... ...goes the stupid woman who thought that cops and she were equals.

What he's talking about surely applies to the first shot, but what about the second and third one? It can't be said that in case of those shots fired on the left side of the car there was: "a reasonable belief that the subject poses a significant threat of death or serious physical harm." And those are most probably the shots that killed her.

"In federal court, I believe - even if any pardon didn't void the prosecution - the agent would be able to claim immunity

Eh... How is that possible? ICE agents have immunity from... law? o_O So they can do whatever they want, kill people at will and noone can prosecute them and send them to prison? I don't understand...

*googles*

So:

cnn.com/2026/01/08/politics/ice-immunity-jd-vance-minneapolis

"Officers are not entitled to absolute immunity as a matter of law," said Timothy Sini, a former federal prosecutor in New York.
(...)
The federal judge tasked with overseeing the case would have to conduct a two-part analysis to determine whether the official enjoys immunity in the case.
(...)
But the second question is much more complex: it turns on whether the action taken was reasonable based on the totality of the circumstances on the ground. That question would be subject to an extensive inquiry that could involve witness testimony, video evidence and the like."

Wow, that's crazy for me that a regular federal agent has immunity. And scary for an average person, considering how difficult it apparently is to prosecute such an agent o_O

The law enforcement officers in Poland don't have immunity. I think the head of Internal Security Agency (ABW), for example, has some kind of immunity and ABW officers and people working for other special services have certain operational protections, but not at this level. 🤔

As for the agent's safety, he was already hit by her car.

It doesn't look like it - it seems he was brushed at best.

It's important to remember that other agents were also in serious danger.

Nothing in the videos published suggests that at all.

The fact that I'm trying to have a civil conversation with you

Yes, starting this conversation with doubting whether I'm "of sound mind" and suggesting that I have "reasoning abilities equivalent to a turnip" is surely very "civil" in your mind :)))

Wow, I'm honestly shocked (in a positive way):

Tucker Carlson Blasts Conservative Response To Renee Good Death:

forbes.com/sites/mikestunson/2026/01/09/tucker-carlson-blasts-conservative-response-to-renee-good-death/

'He compared the conservatives' response to the left-wing reaction to Charlie Kirk's killing, arguing Americans have become desensitized to home-turf violence because American leaders are "normalizing bloodshed."'

What he's talking about surely applies to the first shot, but what about the second and third one?

Were US soldiers allowed to shoot Japs and Germans only once or until dead?

She and other kunts like her are worse as enemies of the United States than they were because she is an enemy within - the enemy that takes advantage of all the protections American traitors get ... until executed.

The US easily survived WW2, but almost lost the war with migrants - cancer we can't shoot...All we could do is watch our national DNA change for the worse, without our consent, and irreversibly. Poland is wise not to let the scum in, so no lectures on what we can do with the hordes and their enablers like that dead kunt.

BTW, if you don't like "kunt", blame PAK. He made me adopt the word, and I actually like it...

You mean like the mob storming the Capitol?

No, like this:

Watch this, notice the word "war" and STFU.

This kunt went to "war" with the Federal Government and is, therefore, a case of KIA. In wars, we shoot to kill, not in self-defense...

Six a.m. in Poland, all day yesterday on this thread, annotated screenshots like a true-crime blogger. That's not insight, that's fixation.

Do you personally have anything better to do than spend days obsessing over another country's politics? Because this level of fixation isn't normal.

You need some professional help.

Wow, that's crazy for me that a regular federal agent has immunity

It's not immunity fron possible prosecution. McCarthy is talking about immunity from state (Minnesota) prosecution. The reasoning is the federal agents were in Minnesota enforcing federal law, so any action within that enforcement is under the purview of federal law.

What he's talking about surely applies to the first shot, but what about the second and third one

First thing is that this happens very fast. It is difficult to appreciate just how fast these things happen. Then, there's the effect of the unexpectedness of the action.

Training kicks in, which is to stop the threat.

In the past, there has been a lot made of law enforcement (LE) firing multiple shots. The cry one hears is "why not just one shot? Why did he fire off 6 *****?" It's something that has been studied.

What happens is 1) there is the training-stop the threat, 2) there is the natural human physiology- the flight or fight mechanism. You don't squeeze offf one, take a few seconds to assess the result, then fire another; you keep firing until threat is averted. And remember, this is happening very fast.

On top of all that, the scene is not static, things are moving-that's why still shots are not worth much-they don't provide context of what came before the still shot. This situation the first shot was fired from fromt, car went right as agent continued to fire...again...all very fast and all-of-a-sudden.

These things are always a tragedy. Always. But, they are nearly always avertable.

The more footage that is released the more it becomes clear Nicole Good was there to agitate and obstruct federal agents executing federal law.

It's sad and tragic Nicole Good lost her life. But, she set the stage for this tragedy...not the agent.

I certainly agree with Tucker Carlson: anyone celebrating this woman's death is being disgusting. There is a general lack of compassion and empathy...for Nicole and for the agents, as well.

They are my boys. They are a family tradition started by my grandpa back in the 30s/40s. My uncles go to Lambeau annually since 90's.

Not your night:)

Im been to Lambeau a couple of times, it was fun.

Six a.m. in Poland, all day yesterday on this thread, annotated screenshots like a true-crime blogger.

:D
Yesterday wygrzewałam a cold in bed and I was simply killing time, because I wasn't able to do anything else. 🤒 It's weekend and so I could allow myself to do that. I couldn't sleep much at night and I had to get up early in the morning, so I'll probably be napping during the day (hopefully). It's freezing cold these days in Poland, we didn't have such temperatures in quite some time. 🥶 I didn't realise you're so interested in my daily routine though! 😂

You need some professional help.

Hopefully it's not that serious and some home remedies will be enough, but thank you for your concern xDDD Maybe trzymaj kciuki so I get well soon and then I'll be writing less on PF ;D 😪🤧

It is difficult to appreciate just how fast these things happen.

AntV, please... This was no rookie in action, this guy has years of experience plus he was in SWAT. If your SWAT is anything like Polish SWAT then he should have a very high level of training and amazing reflexes plus ability to think and react fast. And he did - just not as he should.

Training kicks in, which is to stop the threat.

With that level of training that he probably had and all those years of experience he had he should have no problem with stopping firing a gun once the danger is over. That's literally that training that should kick in.

The cry one hears is "why not just one shot?

But it's not like he was in one position and the car kept going at him. The car turned. And he aimed at the left window and shot an unarmed woman that posed no threat in the head. That's indefensible. It's not like he was in a small room with a guy throwing himself at him with a knife.

I honestly don't understand how a normal, decent person can defend this. Even if we assume that he was in some kind of killing frenzy out of panic (and it doesn't look like this considering how calm he seems to be) then someone who can't control himself to such an extent, especially despite years of experience, shouldn't be working in law enforcement.

Just because you don't understand, doesn't mean a normal and decent person could defend it and still not remain decent and normal.

Anyhow, I've spent way too much time on this board. Take care.

One dead kunt thought it was more important to interfere with law enforcement five hours from her home than it was to raise her three children. Billiant.

More kunts should be shot, and then maybe they will start respecting that illegals, are illegally in the country and by law and definition are being removed legally. Protest at the ballot box in the next election, that is if you are legally allowed to vote. Stupid people make stupid decisions every day, eventually they have poor outcomes.

Well, well, so it turns out PolAm is no better than Novichok. Another bloodthirsty psycho.

2 confirmed PF cannibals then.

And bad people do bad things. But will there be justice served... I guess we'll see.

You are a moron.
Individuals cannot try to impede or stop officers of the law from doing their duty. Imagine if someone were to be arrested and a group of people gathered to say, "Hey, do not arrest him! We don't think he should be arrested," and then they prevented the arrest. If they walk away, there is anarchy.

It doesn't matter; they are not trained. We should not shoot offenders; instead, we should look to the path of Gandhi. They are trying to eliminate danger, and anyone who refuses to follow police officers' instructions is a potential threat. Not to mention, she was driving a car while they were on foot-who knows what she would do next?

Not sure who you are trying to shock but in the rest of the English speaking world it lost it's offensiveness some time ago - in Australia and Scotland it's a very common all purpose pronoun and you would use it even for mild banter

I know you are unfamiliar with bars but might be like this

"here's your rum and coke"

"I wanted whisky and coke you daft ****"

Not really the done thing to use in front of women though.

Yes, and officers cannot shoot people without valid reason.

Individuals cannot try to impede or stop officers of the law from doing their duty.

A bit loaded...what seems to have happened is that six armed and masked men threatened and shot a fleeing woman on the grounds that they needed to defend themselves against her.

I would suggest waiting for the enquiry to report but the result was decided by the US president. It's a bit like we are gonna have a fair trial then hang her.

@ Lenka

`You are the last person to judge if that reason was valid or not.
---
what seems to have happened is that six armed and masked men threatened and shot a fleeing woman

You raise many assumptions here. First of all, it was a woman driving a heavy SUV, which changes things. Second, it doesn't matter that they were masked; they were clearly identified as law enforcement officers. Also, what does it matter if it was a woman?

Is it an assumption that women shouldn't be subject to the same laws as the rest of us? It all boils down to a simple question: Was the force used there excessive or not? It is good that such issues are being raised, but in this case, the answer is obvious. She wasn't just some confused, lost civilian caught up in a situation with trigger-happy cops.

She was intentionally trying to impede the legal activities of the law enforcement officers. Her intention matters, as she was an unpredictable factor in this scenario. Do I need to say more?
Lenka  6 | 3577

I am as qualified to judge it as any other regular person that has access to the information available. Your opinion about it is simply irrelevant.

Please educate yourself.

I take it you haven't read about Antonio Gramsci's long march through the institutions?
