Surprise...or not:

....According to a survey by the US newspaper "The New York Times," Mamdani won among high-income earners by a margin of 13 percentage points and among the middle class by ten points. His strongest boroughs were Queens, Manhattan, and affluent Brooklyn.

He won among white voters (+5 points), Asians (+15), and Hispanics (+6)-groups that dominate in progressive neighborhoods. Among college graduates, he garnered 62 percent of the vote, according to an Emerson poll-another clear indication that Mamdani is the favorite of the college elite, not the working class.

It's the same academic upperclass as in Germany....the common worker and farmer are nowadays much more inclined to vote Trump or AfD!

My...how has the Left changed....

muslim running NYC is disgraceful.

How is it possible that 1.3 million Jews from New York chose him?

...interesting question...but it seems they didn't...not all at least:

....Many Jews view Mamdani's sunny exterior with apprehension, and it's clear that the majority of Jews are not in his camp. Mamdani's leading rival, the pro-Israel centrist Andrew Cuomo, had the support of more than 60% of Jews, according to polls, despite his political baggage, particularly among Orthodox Jews. In some Orthodox areas of Brooklyn, Cuomo won more than 96% of the vote....

...Tensions had already surfaced on Wednesday morning, when the ADL announced a "Mamdani monitor" and the mayor-elect said he didn't trust ADL chief Jonathan Greenblatt due to some of Greenblatt's past comments.

1.3 million? Not a chance. 63% of jews went for Cuomo. The ones that went for this muslim are likely non practicing, or very young who have no idea what they just did. I dont know any jew with a brain that would have voted for him and I know a lot of them.

How safe will NYC be without police and firefighters to handle all that goes on there?

Won't they simply be replaced by younger more open minded cops and firefighters who don't care about someone's religion ?

If they quit because of his religion then I would dare say they are not the people you want in those positions.

No they wont be replaced. The muslim plans on hiring social workers to talk to those people committing violent crimes. He wants to reduce the jails and let dangerous people into the streets. Open minded? This muslim would not denounce sharia law, would not denounce the attacks on jews, and in the past has called for defunding the police. The next time you want to say something on a topic you know nothing about, do a little research first.

and in the past has called for defunding the police.

Abolishing the police would reduce crime to nothing because every man and woman would be packing and the only penalty for looting and violent crimes would be instant death.

Did Am Indians and Eskimos have police and prisons? How did they deal with rapists and murderers?
