A good starting point: District judges not being allowed to overrule the president. Only Congress should have this power by a veto-proof vote.

Even the Supreme Court should only be allowed to advise the DoJ and Congress.

Second: Foreigners should never be allowed to sue the US government - unless a US agent committed a felony on a foreign national who is in the US legally.

Illegals should be stripped of all civil rights by the very act of entering illegally.
