Let`s see how Poles comment on various news online:

E.g, today a close up photo of an ant`s face appeared:

And that`s how it was commented on:
wydarzenia.interia.pl/zagranica/news-twarz-mrowki-tak-wyglada-z-bliska-zdjecie-stalo-sie-hitem-in,nId,6365768

When I go to work, it also get such a face

This is where excessive diligence leads to.

I would sheet in the bed if sth like that was hanging in my bedroom.

That`s what a typical leftist/rightist/RuSSist looks like.

It is horrible, but have you seen Putin`s face??

Like my wife, waking up in the morning. But you know - we have kids.....

With such a face - free membership in PiS.

Kaczyński without make-up???

Red-haired Tusk!

Alien, sth for you.

On the night of October 28-29, a 25-year-old resident of Świętochłowice stole a tram from the Silesian Trams depot in Zawodzie. He managed to cover 11 kilometers, reaching Chorzów after 45 minutes. On the way, he picked up passengers at stops.

Comments:

Let him explain that he had heard on the radio there was a shortage of tram drivers so he wanted to help.

He did good. Back off!

Medal for this guy. Penalty for Trams. How can you "miss" the tram leaving the depot?

Polish schizofrenia. What theft? He just used the thing without the owner's consent.

With such security at the depot, he can claim to have found it, a less absurd claim than theft. Stealing a tram is like stealing a bridge.

Maybe those in the depot thought it was another great promotional campaign for G ... Metropolis ??

Just a fun loving guy.

Whose father used to be a tram driver. They arrested him for 3 months. Bastards. Nobody was hurt. I hope his solicitor will appeal successfully.

Successful Ukrainian advance near Kherson is commented this way:
wydarzenia.interia.pl/raporty/raport-ukraina-rosja/aktualnosci/news-isw-ocenia-to-nie-bedzie-ostatnie-zwyciestwo-ukraincow,nId,6404988

Comments and replies to them:

Why is it so difficult to bring peace to the world?

Russians have to withdraw, because after such a long liberation, there are no more valuable things there of which they can free Ukrainians

In Poland, one more term of right-wing politicians and there will be Rossiya bis

Or the term of the leftist degenerates and there will be bis Sweden.

There is hope that the Ukrainians will even liberate Siberia by the end of the year!

Or the Chinese will!

Hard times, said the Russian soldier, crossing the Dniepr River with the clock stolen from the church tower ... (times in Russian means clock)

no matter how and when this war ends, Russians have fallen into an indelible disgrace for ever.

They always carried this disgrace, because it is an ordinary Soviet Asian wilderness. Not to be confused with the Asian civilization of China and Japan .

The Russians would be disgraced if they continued to passively watch as Ukr butchers massacred their brothers and sisters in Donbas and Lugansk

Nonsense, Germans will return to trading with Russians, everyone will forget. They will remember that the war took place in Ukraine, so the Ukrainians will be guilty, as with the Polish death camps, that it is our camps and our fault.

The world will never forget. The Russians went down in history forever as those who attacked and devastated Ukraine, the country of their Slavic brothers. Apart from backward Russia, where propaganda will educate brainless comrades, everyone will know.

I congratulate the invincible Russian army on the next day of de-Russification, how many less of you there today - 500 ????

Southern Poland has experienced some winter conditions causing problems to the traffic.

What a lousy life, now winter, and in a few months spring will attack us

In my time it was a real winter that started in November and lasted until March, where from December to the end of February there were often bitter frosts and there was so much snow that the snowdrifts were higher than me and I will add that I lived in a flatland town, not in the mountains. I really miss winter like this

As in every tabloid, sensation chases sensation.

If there were no roads there would be no problems

Hello. The editor has probably never seen a real winter!!!!

You will see the real one in February as soon as coal and gas supplies run out. Have fun.

Announce it in your workplaces: TOMORROW WE ARE ALL CLEARING SNOW around the buildings. There is no remote work and remote snow removal. Absence means no bonus.

those who got excited about the alleged "CLIMATE WARMING" - let them now forcefully grab shovels and clear snow

Winter attack in mid-December? Congratulations on the title. I know that these articles are written by the generation of 30-year-olds who have not seen a real attack of winter.

When it's winter, it's supposed to be cold, snowy and frosty, so why so much whining.

Well, that's Armageddon. These snow-covered park benches will definitely need to be replaced. Someone will again spend 100 million from our taxes.

While the Net is boiling!

Putin is coming.

Here in London it is much colder for this time of the year than I can remember.
We normally have our coldest time in January and Februaey.
We rarely get a white Christmas and many years, we get no snow at all.
But minus 7 C is predicted for London tonight.
I put it down to "Global Warming" hahahaha!

British winters are a piece of cake in comparison. Only when the Thames freezes again will you enjoy a real winter.

Global warming????

What a bunch of pussies.
How about 6 feet of snow with 160 kph winds.
The Heavenly ski resort at Lake Tahoe, California shut down some operations on Saturday when the brunt of the storm hit. The resort posted video of lift chairs swaying violently because of gusts that topped 100 mph (161 kph), along with a tweeted reminder that wind closures are "always for your safety."

That is just for one week-end in the U.S.

That`s a tragedy, indeed. Yes, Brits aren`t prepared for such conditions. Let them enjoy their mild climate, then.

Yes, Brits aren`t prepared for such conditions.

This can happen anywhere but British kids are not taught ice safety like we were back in the days. Do they still do it in primary schools?

Do they still do it in primary schools?

We didn't have it in the UK when I was a kid. Not many ponds in the area and mild winters generally back then; it was rarely below freezing, and any ice that formed on water was obviously too thin to walk on. We were taught more about avoiding slag heaps (for coal mine waste) and staying away from railway lines, not that we ever followed the instructions.

3 kids just died

Horrible, isn't it. As well as the families, I also feel for the people in the highrise flats which overlook the park and lake. Some of them saw what happened, heard the screaming but were too far to be able to do anything about it.

I wouldn't thinks so. Even in Poland it seemed more like a left over from times when it was colder and people did ice skating on natural ice

a left over from times when it was colder

I remember walking on the frozen Wisła River with kids about 12 years ago. It was funny and completely safe coz the ice was thick enough to hold a tank.

Yes, horrific.

The police said the other day that the number of bodies recovered didn't match the number of children that people say they'd seen there. Very worrying and a tragedy for the families.

radiowroclaw.pl/articles/view/125780/Wroclawski-Sanepid-wzial-pod-lupe-kota-prezydenta-Jacka-Sutryka

Cat Wrocek came to the Wrocław City Hall in February 2019 . He had been abandoned at the bus station in Wroclaw The cat quickly settled in the new place after the mayor Jacek Sutryk adopted him in his office. All the time he enjoyed the sympathy of the inhabitants visiting the Wrocław office. (the cat, not mayor). Recently, however..........

As Radio Wrocław informed, an azhole resident of Wrocław wrote a complaint to the local Sanitary-Epidemiological Station and included a number of questions regarding, among others. whether the cat is healthy, whether its presence is hygienic, and whether the president can bring other animals to the office, such as a raccoon, snake or crocodile?

Comments from local Wrocław site:

You have to love cats. It's the basic standard of humanity.

Is it a veiled attempt to warm up the mayor's image?

I'm disturbed by Sutryk, remove him. The cat can stay.

Echinococcosis. Toxocariasis. Toxoplasmosis. Rabies. Ringworm - such diseases are spread by cats. The magistrate is not a private farm of Sutryk, but a public place where people go. Let Sutryk set up a cattery in his private home, where he can even sleep with cats and drink milk from a bowl with them. Let the real work be done!

It bothers people with no empathy for animals

It's not the cat that is the problem, but the arrogant mayor who doesn't care about people and their needs, leading a policy that is harmful in many aspects.

A cat can only disturb idiots.

I think that everyone will reconcile the idea that Wrocek should deal with visitors to the office, because I think more residents are allergic to the mayor than to the cat :D

Typical of our country, which is regressing in the development of the PiS state! Let the Station take care of the cleanliness of Wroclaw's backyards, garbage cans and those who notoriously litter.

The office should be people-friendly, aseptic. Many people are allergic to cat dander.
