Thousands of Polish women attend Czarny Piątek rally in Warsaw

incel

Involuntary celibate. Yeah, that's definition of any straight man still married to the same woman after a year.

And how about an old gated suburban foreign homosexual like yourself?

With 15K+ posts (WOW!) to your name (and as pointed out by others with many of them made during marathon sessions which would exclude any possibility of you having social contact with anyone in real life) it's pretty obvious that you are projecting.

So what does your homosexual community call hermits like yourself? I believe "gaycel" would fit the bill.

Why do you hate women, especially mothers, so much? Did your mother leave you when you were a child and you were raised in an abusive foster family or orphanage?

100.000 people demonstrated in Warsaw. If PiS don`t come to their senses, soon it might be 500.000 and they will be in serious trouble.

What caused the disabilities?

Really?

gated suburban

Who knows; never having been in a gated suburb, I wouldn't know. Or care.

I do however know that 100,000 people turned out tonight to make change, so this should suggest to you how strongly people feel about it here. If you'd ever actually met a Pole, you'd know how rare it is that people take to the streets here.

Jaro has now started something he can't finish, and knows now that it will finish him.

Or just while drinking coffee at work. Those of us who have real life relationships (as opposed to yours, with your pudgy little hand) like most of the people out protesting tonight manage to juggle work and home life rather well. They don't appreciate small-minded bigots trying to interfere with their lives; including their right to do whatever they choose with their bodies.

And the protestors will win this battle...

Really?

Yes, but since you are gay you would never know this.

I do however know that 100,000 people turned out

You must be so grateful to the other poster for mentioning this. Especially given your marginalized gated suburban existence as well as the language barrier you are confronted with on a daily basis.

No surprise you didn't join them. Found out too late, too far, too cold, too expensive to travel there and back, not knowing anyone there or anyone to go with you, unable to understand the crowd, and you know you would look out of place like a lost tourist anyway.

As for the numbers, 0.2% of the population is not a catalyst for change. They are a tiny, tiny fringe minority. That's the only thing you actually have in common with them.

Those of us who have real life relationships

Quit dreaming. Quit lying. No one believes you.

It was on the news here. You'd not have understood that though since it was in Polish...

Too far, too cold, too expensive to travel there and back,

12zl in an uber? BTW, it was a fairly mild evening here. There were also protests just down the road at Jaro's house; tens of thousands of people according to those there.

Busy tonight, cooking for some guests tomorrow. And besides, I was out showing solidarity to the protesters this week already, and will doubtless be at other protests. Something you can watch on TV if they cover it in your country.

The heartening thing (apart from the sheer scale) was how peaceful the protestors were. Some pseudopatriotic kibole tried to cause trouble however the police arrested them right away.

And, and is this really happening in Poland?

That's nice. Normal people don't regard pigeons and stray cats to be guests but then again you are a gay British hermit so I suppose any company for you is better than none.

Tell me some good news

I have great news. Given this other poster's announced social calendar we shouldn't see another single post from her for the entire weekend (but don't hold your breath).

I can tall you one thing. I watch Croatian media from time to time, just to satisfy curiosity (its same language and easy to follow). Nazi clero-Catholic ustashe there are so proud with Poland.

I have impression that I entered twilight zone or that I died and expirience hell.

Don't worry child, you won't take the thread off topic.

Since the protests will keep coming until there's resolution to the issue. Even if Jaro declares a lockdown to try and stop them, they'll keep happening, Poland is on the crest of a wave right now.

Spoken like an observer; a real outsider.

Even if Jaro declares a lockdown

Your portrayal of the elected Government running scared over 0.2% of the population is laughable.

Anyway, you personally wouldn't be affected by any lockdown. That's normal for you. It's been that way for years. So no change in your daily routine. Just another passing day in gated suburbia.

They are running scared; even the puppet Duda has started to backtrack in a roundabout way.

They've started something that they can't stop, and the scale of it has shocked them. Even if they try to impose a lockdown, they won't end it.

That's normal for you. It's been that way for years.

Yeah, right....

your diagnosis of the situation here is erroneous

Is not, people are fed up with PiS and the way they were pulling some stunts and hence they believe any BS and nonsense about that new law.

The only change is that the down syndrome is not loner valid cause for an abortions.
People think and lefties scum lies that it a total ban, no abortions' at all no matter what.

These protestors are furious about abortion rights but they are voluntarily euthanizing their grandparents instead. (100k people packed into Warsaw CBD, Virus heaven. )

Don`t be silly, it is the PIS government who is doing it now and then. Who organised the presidential elections? You have a short memory or lost it completely?? - then get a treatment, loser, or go to Igor to get you a new brain.

"These protestors are furious about abortion rights but they are voluntarily euthanizing their grandparents instead. (100k people packed into Warsaw CBD, Virus heaven."

Exactly. JK and PiS just figured out how to kill their own voter base. If this was not such a serious time in Polish history this would be comical because no one would ever believe a group of morons like this could ever rise to power. WTF are PiS voters thinking? Can they really be that homophobic and desperate for 500+ type programs?

When the young and educated continue to leave Poland because of the backward thinking in politics, you are left with an old, uneducated and dying society. This is what kills nations.

And then they will have to officially invite immigrants, from wherever possible. Thank you, PiS!

It's really horrible :(

Voting out Trump and deposing Kaczynski aren't going to fix the sorry state of the world - will be many decades before we start to talk normally to each other

is not something that mentally healthy people do.

No not really If someone is encouraging children to protest at mass gatherings, a situation which will inevitably lead to many more deaths among the elderly, then it's only fair that, that person shares in the rewards of his actions

and deposing Kaczynski aren't going to fix the sorry state of the world

Good, if Kaczynski is deposed. PiS will be stronger under youthful leadership. If he stays he will crush the PO opposition. Win Win.

I'm glad you agree that it's not mentally healthy.

voluntarily euthanizing their grandparents instead

I dunno... how many cases have been traced to open air gatherings?

It's overwhelmingly passed indoors in situations with poor ventilation. Cases started going up when people stayed home more (another reason that lockdowns are such a stupid idea).

The protestors tend toward the more... educated, so less likely to be living in close quarters with grandparents and more likely to be able to isolate from them.

The Champions League games in Liverpool and Milan were directly linked to the calamitous outbreaks in those cities. Also the Womens march in spain.

but they are voluntarily euthanizing their grandparents instead.

The answer is entirely in the hands of PiS.

The Champions League games in Liverpool and Milan

Time will tell if the current pro-democracy protests have an effect.

At least they were wearing masks.

It's not just the protests but the buses and trams and trains they used to get there.

I'm skeptical about the football games, Cheltenham or Trumps rose garden thing spreading the virus, but it's clear that if they did then this gathering last night also would do. Outdoor gatherings are either very dangerous or they are a bit dangerous or not dangerous at all. It will probably be decades before there is a scientific answer to that.

It's not a question of how educated people are or whether they wear masks. I saw plenty of people in village cemeteries today too.

That was a shocking thing to happen at that time.

At least the Polish and Belorussian pro-democracy protests are towards a concrete goal and for the right reasons.
