How does cr@p like this play with voters? It makes them look ridiculous... I'm sure the polonia will defend them, but in the country?

It's really like something from Bareja....

Btw:

grenade launcher

That's the dictionary translation of "granatnik", but is that the right term for what that police chief fired from in English? Judging by the photos, as far as I remember, it looked like an RPG... 🤔

That's the dictionary translation of "granatnik",

You need to add - anti tank - to grenade launcher. :):) The media focus on grenade launcher coz it is shorter.

PiS circus takes place practically every day now.
Can you imagine that PiS officials, including their Liar-in Chief Prime Minister, ceremoniously opened a bridge today? The joke is the bridge has already been operating for 6 months.

Amasing liars, those rightists.

It is so popular that when you google MOST (bridge), you will see a dozen articles about the opening.

Today, one opposition Member of Parliament mocked PiS circus and officially opened the corridor in the parliament building. hahahaha Funny.

It was just a trial period. Now was the official opening.🙂

Minister of Health in the PiS gov was dismissed. He revealed sensitive info about a doctor who had critisized the Ministry on TV.

tvn24.pl/tvn24-news-in-english/polish-pm-dismisses-health-minister-adam-niedzielski-over-prescription-row-7284153

Niedzielski had angered doctors and reportedly many in his own party with the revelation about a doctor who had appeared in a TV news report flagging problems issuing prescriptions for certain painkillers after changes made by the health ministry.

Good, now Morawiecki should go next.
When I see him there scowling, don't have good feeling about the guy.
Still, seems better then Duda, that one is a nuttnumb.

Amasing developments. A newly nominated Minister of Health knocked down a cyclist on a pedestrian/bike crossing while driving her private car. The cyclist is in a bad shape.

I wonder how PIS is going to save her from serious problems, like they did before on similar occasions.

Apparently the cyclist is being blamed because he cycled his bike across the pedestrian crossing instead of dismounting and walking it across. No mention of the fact that the Minister was obviously speeding. Otherwise, how in the name of all that's normal was she unable to stop in time and avoid hitting him? There is never any justification for running over a person on a pedestrian crossing. You should always be watching and moderating your speed as you approach a crossing in case somebody suddenly darts across.

I agree that cyclists are often selfish, reckless and can cause a nuisance on the roads and pavements. A cyclist shouldn't cycle across a pedestrian crossing mainly because they can cause a danger to pedestrians. However, that does not change the fact that a motorist should always be able to stop in time to avoid hitting someone on the crossing. The driver was exceeding the speed limit without a doubt.

to avoid hitting someone on the crossing

those crossing in Poland are too many, badly placed and dangerous as they are after they chnaged traffic law. Those in charge of those things are just take money for nothing, sitting in their fat lazy stupid asses.

They should make it better ...to avoid situation like that, all they do is blame drives ...we can blame PiS ..

They are definitely very badly situated. Drivers have improved a lot in terms of stopping to let people across though. I still have a huge issue with the bizarre system of allowing pedestrians and motorists to share the crossing when the cars are on the filter light to turn right. It's absolute madness.

I've noticed that too, however there's still a long way to go, as accident stats show.

those crossing in Poland are too many

The more the better, plus a legal obligation to slow down before one (whether or not a pedestrian is visible) and cameras on each one with a fine and points for any infringement would be a big plus.

I agree that cyclists are often selfish, reckless and can cause a nuisance on the roads and pavements

Cycles should never ever be on a pavement. Those electric scooters too, if they've got wheels and aren't a wheelchair, a pram, a shopping trolley a wheeled suitcase, roller skates or a wheelbarrow, they belong on the road.

The more the better

Not really. Also they could puit traffic lights on each one.

to share the crossing when the cars are on the filter light to turn right. It's absolute madness.

Yes, that is crazy. They Should find a different solution for that! Yet all they do is blame drivers...

Also they could puit traffic lights on each one.

They shouldn't need to, however given 5he poor driving standards in PL perhaps this is needed.

And more crossing points too.

Yet all they do is blame drivers...

No wonder.

If the roads/junctions are bad, drivers should be far more careful. If you're propelling a ton of steel, safety is your responsibility.
Atch 22 | 4,097

Well now, to be fair, the pedestrian has the right of way when the little man is green and the car is supposed to yield, so if the car hits the pedestrian, it's the driver who is to blame. But I get your point, instead of just saying 'ooh how terrible' the government should do something to redesign a system that clearly doesn't work.

"Gdyby żył" :D

Someone should tell Father Rydzyk that Krycha thinks God is dead. That would be the end of her political career. :)

The PiS spokesman, instead of answering the reporter`s inconvenient questions, takes out a phone and starts making a video of him. Those PiS gansters can be maniacs at times. :):):):):)

Did you notice how sloppy that PiSSman looks? They have been robbing the state resources in the gangsta style for 8 years but still look like petty criminals from inner city. One could expect they have had enough time to learn how to look elegant. Forget it!
