You would be better off if you avoid making comments on PF after eating a bunch of mushrooms with psychoactive properties.

An interesting article with pictures: "A ride-along with Polish border guards."

What did I tell German posters on this very forum?! It's undermining the Polish state! Now there are vigilantes!!!

Fascinating how those nationalists are supporting Merkel's arguments from 2015. Back then she argued that returning undocumented refugees to the country of entry into the EU would destablize those countries in Southern Europe, who were still affected by the debt crisis. And by then we were about a few thousand new arrivals per day, not month.

If Warsaw is unhappy about those controles, all it needs to so is properly register any new arrivals and process their asylum applications.

If Warsaw is unhappy about those controles,

Which plays in to PiS hand politically, Germany's closest allies (KO, are politically against expansion of the police state and it's influence on the public)

PiS is the main party to propose strengthening border controls and the role of the Polish state, which will come at odds with German businesses!

A German government aiming at working for the safety and security of it's own citizens with a unpopular choice of supporting more conservative forces and the Pro-U.S.A faction in Poland. Will give a chance to improve relations with U.S.A while gaining support or at least not radicalising it's own right wingers in Germany. It would gain a gigantic media backlash and send shockwaves across German businesses however.

While a German business focused government would work closely with Donald Tusk and sabotage state projects in Poland that could compete with German businesses.

Donald Tusk also is a yes man towards German businesses. Not much will change unless German government changes policy or a new government emerges in Poland

Warsaw doesn't want them - registered or unregistered.

Now what?

Not really, as that reality exists in your fantasy land.
There is something else fascinating. Namely, you as an example of an educated German. You are always fully committed to whatever official stance of the German government is. I guess Hitler had so many followers and almost no opposition stemming from the fact that once he became chancellor, it was all over. Germans obey their government.

Border control without men who are authorized to shoot tresspassers is border decoration or border comedy show...See US Border Protection under Biden giving out diapers.

Tell that to Tusk and his happy campers.

Tell that to Tusk

...and the voters in Poland...

They knew what he was going to do but they still voted for him...Maybe because his name is easy to spell and remember...

I love that Western democracy where the only thing voters are allowed to do is vote every four years for party aparatchiks...

Back in 1960, I did the same thing...
