A very fitting description, and Poland is really clean. Just compare the toilets in parking lots, for example, on the German A11 motorway from Szczecin to Berlin with the parking lots on the Polish S3, also from Szczecin to Zielona Góra.

Name me a single British city where football hooligans have been allowed to write rubbish on all the walls, and it just stays there indefinitely. Now walk 5mins in any residential neighbourhood of Warsaw and count now much ugly Legia rubbish you see.

I also see more dogshit in Warsaw than I've ever seen anywhere else. And if Poland is really clean, I guess malpki don't count as litter...

In Katowice there is practically no graffiti on the walls of buildings, nor so much dog feces in the park.

Poznan and Gdańsk are full of dogs' eggs.

It is all in context. Polish cities are only clean in comparison to the dirty dumpsters of most Western cities.

Because they're not in Kato when the ai pressure is high and if they're in Warsaw they're more interested in the sights than the air qualkty. And don't wear white shirts in Krakow.

Having said that, the streets are clean compared to Paris and the infrastructure is better compared to Berlin.
