He is right about that in many cases unfortunately. Too many young people with useless college degree's that have no real world practical applications. The Indians, Chinese and others got great tech training and thats why H1B's are needed. That said, H1B's are abused and should be more limited. And Americans should get real world training and not lifestyle or social engagement degree's.
