Poland's aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 26

cisac.fsi.stanford.edu/news/budapest-memorandum-myths

"The memorandum committed the United States and Britain to seek UN Security Council assistance for Ukraine, but it did not commit those two countries take to military action with their own forces against Russia if it violated its commitments-as Russia did in 2014, when it seized Crimea and fought in Donbas, and in 2022, when it launched an all-out invasion. In response to Ukrainian questions when negotiating the assurances, U.S. officials said the United States would take action if Russia violated its commitments but that would not include sending American military forces."

Do you honestly believe the US gaf about what anyone else thinks? When WW3 breaks out, and its only a matter of time, Europe will once again call on the US. Only this time, the line may be busy. No country is dumb enough to attack the mainland of the US, so who should the US be afraid of? Why would anyone else opion matter?

As long as the US doesn't depend on any other country for anything I guess that's an option.

Cause without the US being global police global supply chains are going bye bye. Can the US make autarky work?

And Ukraine was stupid to place any trust in the US, agreed. Monumentally stupid.

Any country similiar to Ukraine needs a bigger help.....actually that is Europe's job....but....well.....*spits into corner*

Good question, PAK. No, we don't give a fvck...

Only this time, the line may be busy.

...and a prerecorded message with say: Go fvck yourself, stupid Euro. Two is enough.

No country is dumb enough to attack the mainland of the US

...and that's why the US needs NATO like Albania needs nukes.

so who should the US be afraid of?

Democrats, LGBTs, Antifa, BLM, deficit spenders, Karens, Lyzko and other Kamala voters,...

A daily reminder:

Kosovo referendum - good

Crimea referendum - bad

Any referendum in Donbass - very baaaad

There is literally no person in the world with IQ above 50, who would tell you USA should just let Russia expand as they wish. In fact it would be perfectly obvious, even for the dumbest Malaysian, that USA as the by far strongest superpower in the world, should push Russia and encroach on their territory much more aggressively than they did. The war is precisely the consequence of USA not being aggressive enough, if the big dog just leaves a bunch of meat on the ground and fu*cks off, the smaller ones are invited to eat. If you'd see Putin with the kind of military and economic power that US holds, he would never let his enemies do 1/100 of the sh!t that US allowed Russia to do. From NATO perspective, ignoring russian cries and pushing towards Ukrainian inclusion was absolutely the right choice. It was done too late and not aggressively enough, that's why russia had a possibility to launch this war, but nonetheless, it's a step in the right direction, and the war itself so far is also much more beneficial to NATO than to Russia.

actually that is Europe's job....

Western Europe has yet to recover from WWII (central and eastern Europe were spared the crisis of meaning that erupted after WWII).

German, French, British and Italian governments are simply terrified of the idea of asserting their will (Spain sat out WWII but still hasn't recovered from its Civil War to the same end).

And.... the EU bought into the kool-aid that international trade would solve all problems because any sane government should want the prosperity that free trade brings.

They still haven't figured out that ideas like 'prosperity' do not enter into the calculations of countries like russia or china, which are about massing power and wealth at the top and treating the population like raw materials to be mined for use and discarded like rocks.

Internationally, Trump is endlessly devoted to Israel and has done everything they've asked (up to and including bombing Iran) but he can't concentrate on any other country....

....he is a shifty businessman first and foremost....Israel got to offer him something he wants but gets nowhere else....if Europe could only do the same! We would be besties forever once again....

Russia expanding??? Are you fvcking nuts???

Russia lost its buffer states, republics, population, and wealth to the point of being "just a gas station with nukes" - losing people faster than the US debt is going up...

In the meantime, the NATO python swallowed how many states, including Poland...and was ready to swallow Ukraine...despite the agreement that it would stay where it was before Russia agreed to voluntarily let East Germany join its richer - and hostile to Russia - brother.

You, Polaks, are either from another planet or always drunk... On Monday, Russia is on its last legs and ready to fall apart. Just one push and it's over...

24 hours later: Russia represents an existential threat to Europe, if not the world...We need nukes and subs!!! Pronto!!!

So which one is it, azzholes? Last legs or Satan with nukes?

Memo to Polaks: Seek help or at least try Xanax.

That and trade are probably the only cards Europe has in getting US protection. The US can't intervene to support Israel or oil producing allies like Saudi, without using European bases and the Mediterranean

Trump is endlessly devoted to Israel

Our foreign policy is none of your fvcking business...

Except how we feel about Poland. Then it is. In fact, we should ask Poland ahead of each and every move that involves Poland.

Children, another lesson on proper use of 'good' and 'bad'...

Being devoted to Poland - good

Supporting Israel - bad

.....at least Israel doesn't come with the high moral finger waving at Trump, as Europe is used to do!

If I were Trump I wouldn't support Brussels with anything either....they did treat him to long as an enemy, kinda...

without using European bases

The US can use any bases it wants without asking for permission. We even have phrases to go with that claim...It's GFY and STFU.

Also "tariffs"...One word and the problem is poof gone...

If all your subordinates at the first opportunity,

Memo to the subordinates:

Forget that A5 bullsh't...It's just for show...No, we will not spend one Amerian life on another Euro shlthole that can't be friends with Russia.

Did you get it, Polaks?

If we had the power of America - you would not be able to take a full breath, let alone get up from your knees.

We would pick you up from your knees, and put you on all fours!

We would now be colonizing Mars and Titan, because Project Earth would be complete.

If we had the power of America - you would not be able to take a full breath, let alone get up from your knees.

1. Europeans live better than Russians and Ukrainians.
2. I want Russians and Ukrainians to live better than they do.
3. Therefore I want them to join the EU.
I make no statement on the feasibility of this.
I am not saying Russia or Putin or even the EU wants this.
I am saying I want this. And I am giving the reasons why I want this.

Regarding the Novichok, he is retarded on 90% of topics. And half the planet is even dumber than him. Do you disagree? You too might be retarded! Or exactly the kind of elite who is out of touch, and therefore overestimates the ability of others. Talk to the average bloke. Ask about philosophy. As about what a state is, what its for. As people to explain not only what they think, but also why they think it.
It would be like talking to a Novichok in this thread, a complete waste of time and utterly demoralizing and driving you towards misanthropy.

No country is dumb enough to attack the mainland of the US,

Are you in kindergarten? Of course, the US will remain a power. The real question is whether it will remain the strongest power on the planet. How strong will it be without serious allies? Will the difference in power be a ten-point gap or a sixty-point gap on a 100-point scale?

These are serious questions. It's not just about whether the US could be attacked by another country or if it can feed its own citizens. The main issue is that if the US loses all credibility in the eyes of others, they will begin to chart their own course. In my eyes, the US lost credibility because it doesn't seem to have a plan for Eastern Europe. It appears there is no think tank in the US that is working on it or has any influence in Washington, D.C.

If that's the case, I think that Scandinavia, Turkey, and possibly a few other countries in the region will have to find their own way out of the EU and out of NATO, possibly developing their own nuclear capabilities and establishing agreements with China. After all, if China gains influence in Eastern Europe, it might distance itself from Russia, which has taken a large chunk of its land and hasn't forgotten.

This won't happen overnight, but the trend will become clearer every day as the US continues to lie and mislead people. It's simple: if you think we can't do without the US, think again.

If we had the power of America -

The downside is, you will never have the power of America. Not possible with the Russian Mir. Poland, on the other hand...

I don't remember all of what I've written here, all the retarded Russia supporters and my confrontational personality push me into being more extrame than I actually am IRL, I still think Ukraine shouldn't and won't recognize teritorial change, and should wait for the next Russian regime to return them in exchange for some diplomatic concession or money.

If Russia can invade a country in Europe and conquer land and get away with it, or even make it worthwhile broadly, China will just invade Taiwan. And even more likely immediate war will be Ethiopia - either invading Sudan (to fu*ck with Egypt and secure their giga dam) or Eritrea (to get a port and sea access).
Basically all are just waiting to see if war is cool again, and if "the international community" allows countries to conquer and annex land with wars in the 21st century.

The downside is, you will never have the power of America.

We were a Great Power, before America was even discovered.

While they fought Indians and small British detachments - we carved up ancient countries.

When they became truly strong, the only country of the Old World that rose up to challenge them was again us.

Russia has the civilizational, political, and philosophical power to coalesce countries around it - and the ability to turn these resources into a "fist".

We had only 30 years to recover. We need time to build our strength, and fix our weaknesses. Ukraine is a good laboratory to redevelop our muscles.

Unfortunately.... it is. Probably WWIII is baked in by now. There's still time to avoid it but... not as much as there was.

The one thing that might save the world is... declining birth rates. Previous wars were fed by high birth rates. In previous centuries most rural russian families more or less took it for granted that the tsar's mad wars would cost them a few children (but plenty more where that came from).
'
Neither russia nor china nor any other country honking for war is in a good place demographically, one of the reasons russia invaded Ukraine was to get more fighting age men... which hasn't worked out but the russian leadership is too stupid to realize that.
Bratwurst Boy  9 | 12511

Previous wars were fed by high birth rates.

.....not to mention that a war is costly! I just costs to much people and ressources...

Probably WWIII is baked in by now.

The World Wars happened also because populations were easily fired up with patriotic nonsense, easily hating an foreign "enemy"....the national media had the full power over its citizens (not only in Germany)!

I doubt that very much any population today will be as easily led along like marionettes as it was common during the last century....so WWIII will probably not be so easily pushed for as the other World Wars had been....

We need a new idea. Communism is dead. Even China and Vietnam only pay it token respect. The North Koreans continue - but they are too small.

Russkiy Mir is not working either.

We are in search of the next great idea.

I think the next idea should be the cleansing of the Earth of heresy and other impurities. This idea worked many times in history.
