Poland's aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 24

The idea that North Nigeria is a good place to establish a supply chain

The idea that Trump and North Nigeria have very established supply chains is real. The idea that USA military stocks are running very low for a future war with china is real. The idea that USA will force a 'temporary' peace on Ukraine is very real. 5 or 50 years they don't care, they just want a win. Putin will play along.

There will be Peace in our Time.

'Peace' is coming. It' won't be good for Zelensky or Poland.

Africa is too far and those Somali pirates...

But we can always count on a supply of Polish morons with a limited comedy routine...
'Peace' is coming. It' won't be good for Zelensky or Poland.

Z had plenty of time to relocate to Florida. Poland had many oppos to snap out of its Katyn forever MO.

finally inked with Witkoff during his recent visit to Moscow.

....last infos let's one doubt about Witkoffs skill. It seems the old generation of diplomatic "witcher", which could work wonders during the Cold War (and other global crisis), is no more!

private businesses, run generally by smarter people than Golden Cow's circus and they are not going to do anything that put them at the mercy

Are you kidding?

Russians are like Knights in Shining Armor, when we talk about oil/gas/mining.

Your sophisticated investors don't mind working in places like Mozambique, and Equatorial Guinea.

Russia supplied US nuclear power plants like clockwork for thirty years. We have transported oil and gas to Europe, for 50 years, through a Cold War, country collapse, and three wars. We only stopped supplying when you asked us to, and also blew up our pipelines.

Russian supplies are as a reliable as an AK-47. In the past - it caused us domestic political troubles. As Stalin, continued to export grain to gain access to FX, causing a famine in the process.

We supplied the Nazis with steel, magnesium, oil, aluminum, and every other imaginable product - up to the day they invaded us.

You make a deal with Russians - Russians will be among the most dependable people you had worked with.

@Bobko
Post 2791 is the rest of the worlds greatest fear. The US and Russia working together would be such a global cominating economic force, no one else could compete. Unimaginable 40 years ago, but today, with these leaders, anything is possible.

last infos let's one doubt about Witkoffs skill

Maybe Witkoff is not very expert on questions like Ukraine's geography, regional history, and the internal political dynamics of these two states.

But Witkoff is a billionaire. He understands business - presumably (or as well as a real estate guy could understand business).

The economic component of these deals, may in fact be quite real.

His interlocutor on the Russian side, is the Ivy League educated Kirill Dmitriev, who runs Russia's sovereign wealth fund. Him and Mr. Dmitriev have met many more times, than he has met with Putin.

Dmitriev seems to believe that what the US is holding out as reward, is a much bigger prize than any further pieces of Ukraine.

To be completely honest - I think so too.

Even if we control Ukraine to the Dniepr, this is not so good as us having good and profitable relations with the United States.

In 2022, when we invaded - Russia had an economy 16 times larger than Ukraine's. Even if we take this whole thing over, it will add only a fraction to our national wealth.

Whereas the promise of working with the United States, is that we can perhaps double our economy over the next ten years.

Apples and oranges.

As the old adage goes, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend".
As dubious as a future friendship [of convenience] between Russia
and the US might well be, what about the US and post-War Germany
united in a common fight AGAINST the former Soviet Union?!

The American Space Program was typically staffed, indeed, stacked,
with ex-Nazis, the likes of Hubertus Strughold, Arthur Rudolph, Kurt
Debus, and of course, Wernher von Braun.

The more we forget history......

Ukraine and Zelensky say giving up one inch of land is against their constitution. And if he does he looks like a war fool.
How do you deal with a problem like that? Answer South Vietnam and Ngo Dinh Diem. The parallels are obvious. Either peacefully or the other way.

Whereas the promise of working with the United States,

But Bobko....you (Russia) HAD that already....no sanctions....Germany getting drunk on your gas (not to mention the rest of the trade with Europe and the US)....you had it all BEVOR the invasion!

Is that the big prize? Everything like bevor the Ukraine invasion???

Is that the big prize? Everything like bevor the Ukraine invasion???

I understand what you mean.

But understand also - an important message has been absorbed.

Before this war - they used to troll us constantly. "Paper tiger." "All bark and no teeth". "Gas station with nukes." "Irrelevant nation". "Simply a regional power and nothing more (Obama's words)".

Now, when there is a long queue forming to the Kremlin, of various Western leaders, trying to have their little moment in the sun - nobody says these things any longer.

Before we had free trade and capital flows - but we did not have respect. They treated us as some Bulgaria or Romania.

Russia is a special country - in our opinion the most special country - and we want the treatment that recognizes this. It took 3 years, and 1 million casualties, but the recognition is slowly dawning.

Another important factor - the myth of Western invincibility has been destroyed in the minds of Ukrainians.

They thought they were departing the train station, and leaving us toilet-less orcs behind.

They laughed in our face when we threatened.

Then, when their overlords threatened us with utter destruction - the Ukrainian ego went over the moon.

-//--

Now Ukraine understands that nobody can protect them against us. There is no wall you can hide behind. No place you can escape to. Judgement remains inevitable.

They thought they could turn the laws of physics on their head, and that they could perform some miracle.

We showed them there are no miracles - strength is strength.

the myth of Western invincibility has been destroyed

Thats true for sure....we liked to ignore that point....believing to live in an era of permanent peace....at least in Europe! Thats so over!

(Balkan war doesnt count....all that Bulgarians and Romanians:)
Bobko  28 | 2798
9 Aug 2025   #164
Thats true for sure

Nobody is more depressed about this point than Ukrainians.

They put all their family money - on the wrong horse.

They threw a thousand years of mutual help on the trash heap, and threw their lot in with a new group of friends.

As an old Russian adage goes - one old friend is worth 100 new ones.

Ukraine did not want to listen to a family member, and sought help on the outside - the destruction that came was fully expected.

If I was president of Russia, what I would offer Trump:

1) Remove labor visa restrictions. Let Americans work in Russia without problems, and Russians within America.

2) Renew strategic monitoring. Wanna see all our missile bases and air bases? Go ahead. We're gonna wanna take a look at all of yours as well.

3) Restrict nuclear arms. Let's further reduce how many nukes we have. We both have enough to destroy the world - this is not healthy.

4) People to people exchanges. Train Russians. We will train Americans. In the future, they will provide the cement/concrete of our relations.

5) Help each other around the world. If an American somewhere in the world is abused, expect Russia to crash all their leverage upon the culprit. Somebody disrespecting a Russian? Show them the same protection you show to Israeli citizens.

Nobody should feel that it is safe to attack a Russian or an American - anywhere in the world - lest he want to accept the repercussions.

we had free trade and capital flows - but we did not have respect (...) It took 3 years, and 1 million casualties, but the recognition is slowly dawning

O...M...G... I refuse to believe that. You did all that so that the French, the Germans and the rest of the woke West would please respect you? If I was the Polish president, and we had nukes, I would totally nuke you right now.

You are Sarmats (mongolized but still) and you crave the respect of Dutch shopkeepers? FFS... kiddo...

threw their lot in with a new group of friends

The friends weren't that new really. They were a part of Rzeczpospolita and became partly civilised, then of course they had their nazi period, looking up to their German patrons. I wouldn't say their recent direction was totally new.

Train Americans ?

In the tricky camera angles needed for amateur **** ?

In baking rock hard inedible bread ?

In repairing 90 year old escalators in your sweaty subway ?

And how many Americans do you think will work for tiny North Nigerian wages that are paid in worthless rubles.

I honestly think one or both Putler and Golden Cow's are going to suddenly develop covid on Thursday and be unable to travel

Nobody should feel that it is safe to attack a Russian or an American

This one is my all-time favorite. Quoting:

JERUSALEM - The KGB has adopted novel, brutal and apparently effective methods of dealing with terrorists who attack Soviet interests in the Middle East, an Israeli newspaper reported Monday.

The Jerusalem Post said the Soviet secret police last year secured the release of three kidnaped Soviet diplomats in Beirut by castrating a relative of a radical Lebanese Shia Muslim leader, sending him the severed organs and then shooting the relative in the head.

At about the same time, American hostages were held captive for 7 years before they were released.

Did I mention I love KGB, Putin, and Russia?

Did I mention I love KGB, Putin, and Russia?

No, I don't think you ever did.

Darn, I still can't recover from the major second hand embarrassment after Bobi's confession about Russia craving respect from the West.

Even a smaller Sarmatian country like Poland can hold the French (whom we needlessly taught how to use kitchen utensils), sons of Brits, and other politically correct woke rotten westerners, in a healthy dose of contempt but Russia wants their respect?

WTF?
Bobko  28 | 2798
9 Aug 2025   #170
WTF?

It's measured in nuclear bombs, icbms, submarines, bombers, oil reserves, manpower pools, etc.

They're big boys - what's the use pretending they are not?

It's wiser to work with them, then to attempt to annihilate yourself in proving a message.

One day - if we become as strong as them - it may be a different picture. But that day may likely never come, at least within our lifetimes. We have to deal with the reality of American power....

How stupid then - is it that Ukraine resisted us - hoping Washington and Brussels would bail them out?

Instead of increasing our collective bargaining power, they made us both weaker, or potentially disabled. Idiots. Rats. Clowns.

HaHaHaHa!!! Not for much longer peasant!

Is that the big prize? Everything like before the Ukraine invasion???

A good question BB.

Before this war - they used to troll us constantly. "Paper tiger." "All bark and no teeth". "Gas station with nukes." "Irrelevant nation". "Simply a regional power and nothing more

Those quotes are still relevent now and have been proved so by Russian incompitance and if you believe otherwise then you are delusional!

Russia is a special country - in our opinion the most special country - and we want the treatment that recognizes this. It took 3 years, and 1 million casualties, but the recognition is slowly dawning.

I don't think that is true at all.Only in a Russian mind!

Ukraine did not want to listen to a family member

This is where the Russian mentality really stinks....they think Russians and Ukrainians are united by blood. They may well have a strong blood relationship but united they are not!

Nobody should feel that it is safe to attack a Russian or an American - anywhere in the world

Another Russian dream, you cannot compare Russia to The USA....... Russia is a doormouse to The USA's Eagle.

Did I mention I love KGB, Putin, and Russia?

You did, so many times that it makes me feel sick at what an American traitor you are.

Russia wants their respect?

Russia deserves no respect and so we should NEVER give them any!

nuclear bombs, icbms, submarines, bombers, oil reserves, manpower pools

You have this and you've always had.

Why do you need western respect? Come on. When you first invaded Ukraine you gave denazification as one of the reasons - that was so poetically in-your-face I could have kissed you! That was REAL Russia. And now you tell me this whole war was to win respect of the West. :(

It's wiser to work with them, then to attempt to annihilate yourself

Oh, sure - knock yourself out and work with them. We do it too. But do you really have to fall so low as to respect them, and even lower to crave their respect?

Russia deserves no respect and so we should NEVER give them any!

Shut up, British poodle. Russia wants nobody's respect. Bobko was just kidding.

Well - we are still demanding that they retreat from their strongest line of fortifications - built since 2014. And we got Trump to buy it.

Now that Zelensky is declining to comply - Trump will now be angry at him.

Likely, what Russia offered were the largely agricultural couple hundred sq kilometers in Kharkov and Sumy Oblast, for equal area trades in the Donbass - but which include much larger population and resources.

Trump was probably advised, by his military and diplomats that Russia was doing well on the field anyway, and was likely to take those areas sooner or later.

All right. You've put my mind at ease, Bobi. Thank you.

When you first invaded Ukraine you gave denazification as one of the reasons

And you fell for it!!!!!!! Sucker!!!!!!!

In modern russia, 'nazi' just means 'opposes putin's revanchist plans'... that's it. Nothing more. If you don't want a second PRL then you're a nazi, nazi.

I still can't recover from the major second hand embarrassment after Bobi's confession about Russia craving respect

I'm feeling my inner black woman in hindsight....

youtube.com/watch?v=9AajslFuPro

You've spent months mistaking my conclusions (after fairly extensive research) for prejudice....

It's a terrible country that wants respect but doesn't want to earn it. It wants riches but doesn't want to work. It wants to be admired without actually doing anything admirable.

And it has an.... Asian approach to truth (it's what they want it to be at the time).

Russia is a special country

In any global conflict main combatants will be USA and China. Russia is a second rate power, on its way to become an established part of the third world. Hardly a challenge for the West.

What do I support? Are you insane? How many times have I said that putinist regime is criminal and they have to lose this war?

My lack of sympathy for Galician nazis or my general Russophilia, which I don't hide, are a totally different story.

the nazis aren't in Ukraine... they're in your head and heart

If only it was true...
