I can`t deny or corroborate anything on the basis of your short quote from Novi

You don't have time to read the whole thing and so I posted a summary of it as you requested and you are still in denial.
I can deny or corroborate.

Save it as no one really cares at this point.
Novi nailed it once again being the genius that he is.

To serve people of China and the EU in their struggle to free the world from joint American and Russian imperialism!

Possible. Knowing Polish karma, at that time Poles would definitely stand side by side with the Russians, Hungarians, Serbians and Americans. Fighting in Siberia against Chinese.

Mother of God play ping pong with Poland.

No, you posted an excerpt from Novi`s post. It isn`t a summary.

no one really cares at this point.

Really? So why are you showing me Novi`s bs at all???

being the genius that he is.

Do you ask Novi to wash his balls before you lick them or you don`t mind the week long stench???

Just curious. :):):)

In essence, the spat with Zelensky

You know what's weird? A press conference _before_ the agreement is signed. The usual order is a) sign the agreement b) then have a press conference....

Why was that 'reversed' here?

Maybe.... there never was an agreement?

Hmm... a very good point, Maf.

At the end, Trump says "this is the reason I've let it run for so long, so that everyone could see what I see". Then added that it will make for "great television".

Trump has the background in pro-wrestling to understand how it works crowds...

The Press-Conference was a heal turn by Trump-Vance which has revitalized crowd support (outside the US) for Zelenskyy....

Trump

Maf - do you agree with my summary and Vesko's about the meeting?

Do you agree it was a totally self inflicted wound by Zelensky?

Britain's Defense Secretary Healey has a simple message for Zelensky as he arrives for Sunday's emergency summit in London:
"The frontline defense of the UK starts in Ukraine.".
The cabinet is adamant that the security of Britain is directly linked to the fate of Ukraine.
He says this country is standing together in support of Ukraine and Britain should "step up" its military support to Ukraine.
Does this mean Britain will be putting a 100,000 soldiers on the ground in Ukraine ?
Excellent idea three years ago since it is Europe's war.

I was one long ago but now that period of my life is behind me coz I am a mature decent Polish ape.

My opinion.... It was kayfabe, there was no agreement. The US uses 'rare earth' the way russia uses 'biolabs' a mcguffin to point to in order to 'explain' what it wants to do.

Both sides got what they want. Trump gets plausible deniability in failing to create 'peace' in 24 hours and distracts his base from not releasing the Epstein files and/or bringing the pedo-pimp Tate bros back to the US.

Zelenskyy gets to continue to defend Ukraine without giving up land with no security guarantees in return and with newly energized domestic and European support.

Self inflicted?

Do you think that poor sod planned and wanted to be humiliated and screamed down with the world to watch? Not to speak of the hopes of his people???

The russian side practically seeped and cackled with glee and malice....

Trump and Vance never provoked Zelensky.

Did you and I watch the same press conference? The whole thing was a planned setup to humiliate Zelensky before he would sign away the riches of Ukraine to the mafia boss in the WH. I've never seen a more disgusting and embarassing behavior of an American president and his vice in my life. English is Zelensky's third language. How can you even expect him to communicate properly with a native speaker without a translator? Trump and Vance showed the world the face of the real USA, and the sight wasn't pretty.

We have been shown through this conflict that we cannot count on USA. Europe should forget USA.

Very true. Europeans need to get their act together, and pronto.

wanted to be humiliated

He wasn't though. He retained his dignity, unlike those two creeps.

The whole thing was a planned setup

Absolutely. And it didn't work.

bringing the pedo-pimp Tate bros back to the US.

I doubt that even he can stop their extradition to the U.K., unless he cancels the extradition treaty.

I guess that show has changed the mood about Trump and Ukraine quite abit, not only in Germany.

It was hard not to be quite shocked and even abit disgusted....that brought no sympathy-points for Trump and Co. At least in Europe, USians might see it totally differently, MAGA and all that.

It might even be that now the voices for stronger support for Ukraine will grow because of that....humans usually go for the underdog, which here quite clearly was shown to be Selensky!

He retained his dignity,

Yes. Every decent man would act the same when bullied by two MAGA gangsters.

Trump and Vance showed the world the face of the real USA, and the sight wasn't pretty.

It is so sad to see that the country which Poles/Polesses considered the beacon of freedom and democracy for so many decades, especially during communism, is now going to the dogs at a light speed rate.

How can you even expect him to communicate properly with a native speaker without a translator?

He's not some bum from the street. He's the president of a 42 million strong country, and the biggest state in Europe (outside Russia).

He could bring with himself 100 interpreters if he wanted to... If Ukraine has so little money - there's probably 20,000 Ukrainians living in and around Washington D.C. that would happily volunteer to translate for their president.

No, this was Zelensky's decision. He decided that its better for him to carry on the conversation with Trump and Vance in English.

From his eyes, and his facial expression it is absolutely clear that he did not understand what Vance meant when he said, "there is no need to relitigate this matter in front of the media".

Then, what got Trump really going, is when Zelensky started replying to Vance: "... you think if you speak loudly". As a Russian speaker, I know what Zelensky wanted to say. He wanted to say, "You think if you speak loudly from every platform that Putin is a nice guy with whom we can make a deal, that he will reciprocate?". Unfortunately, in colloquial English if you begin telling someone "you think if you speak loudly", people assume you are talking about their tone of voice. Zelensky had no way of knowing this, neither did Trump. Trump interjects, and defends his VP, and says "he was not speaking too loud".

A complete clusterf*ck. Nobody understands each other, and are talking past each other.

These are just two examples. Its also clear Zelensky fumbled the response on wearing a suit, and several other things.

He did not have to speak English.

The problem with this guy is he doesn't speak any language well. His Russian is street Russian, full of ugly turns of phrase. His Ukrainian is subpar, since he started learning it four years ago. His English is sh*t.

Zelensky doesn't speak any language well.

Hence the necessity of employing interpreters in international diplomacy.

Zelensky doesn't speak any language well.

We had a president like that - the famous Lech Wałęsa. His Polish was absolutely atrocious and he spoke a lot of nonsense on many occasions BUT when he went abroad he always took the best interpreters with him. I was always full of admiration for those guys - they somehow managed to turn Wałęsa's ramblings into elegant and coherent English.

Maf - do you agree with my summary and Vesko's about the meeting?

I don't. But I'll go into details later, probably tomorrow.

I just watched another interesting conversations on Polish news channel (TVN24) and I'll report about that later too (if I won't forget lol).

A complete clusterf*ck.

With this I can agree. Zelensky clearly wanted to present the Ukrainian point of view to the American public, but his English simply isn't good enough for that. If we assume good will on the part of Trump and Vance (it didn't look like it, but let us assume) it is also possible that there were some cultural differences (we are honest and blunt people in this part of Europe lol and the way we express ourselves is direct). Maybe a translator could mitigate that somewhat...

Btw, apparently at the beginning as a president Zelensky didn't know English at all and he was speaking Russian during political meetings with international leaders.

Trump and Vance showed the world the face of the real USA, and the sight wasn't pretty.

More like half of the real USA, but, yes, I agree with you. The mask is off.

Yes this is known. But where does he get the confidence that he's so good now, that he can freestyle meetings in the Oval Office?

Before you is a prime example of street spawn from the streets of Krivoy Rog.

For these guys, the most important thing is не быть лохом. He felt he was getting pressured by these two bigger bullies, and his instincts from being a short Jewish boy turned on. Big mistake.

what Zelensky wanted to say.

A Good point, however...
Zelensky was there for a shakedown. He was needled from the second he got out of the car. The row started when Vance said or indicated that Putin could be trusted and Zelensky corrected him. Vance then started his tirade and things got worse.

The thugs behaved like two bit loan sharks throwing meat to their cult. It doesn't matter if the row was planned or not he was there for a shakedown.

Not bringing a translator and talking to Trump and Vance directly was a friendly gesture. Besides: there was no space left in the Oval Office. Almost every seat was occupied by a Trump boot licker. MTG even invited her Nazi boyfriend to harrass Zelenky. As I said earlier: the whole thing was a setup.

A complete clusterf*ck. Nobody understands each other, and are talking past each other.

Very true, but not an excuse for Trump and Vance to behave like thugs. They are both in way over their head and should find a job that better suits their level of infantility. Burger flipper sounds like a good fit.

The whole situation with Zel might have been in part an orchestrated gimmick (consider Trump's experience with showbiz) to show that Vance is a "strong leader" ready to preside in a few years. Still, he must lose a lot of weight, for now he is too fat to be appealing to American voters, especially considering his young age. Take off 50-70 pounds and we can talk.

Very true. Both trump and that turd musk make themselves out to be great business people, the Art of the Deal etc etc. We forget that they both inherited huge amounts, and in trumpets's case, he's lost much more money than he's ever made.

President Zelenskyy however inherited nothing but built up a highly successful TV production company with offices in several countries.

too fat

trumpet always looks like a walking heart attack and vance is not much better. President Zelenskyy however won Dancing With The Stars.

I think it showed Vance as the opposite of a strong leader. He came across as a petty unprofessional dick.
