It's normal in third world countries (as you should know in r*SSia where the dictator has stolen billions and has an solid gold toilet)... And he's a breath of fresh air compared to the murderous Duterte person.

Ukraine will have to concede some territory to Russia.
But if Ukraine hold on to a bit of Russian Kursk a more sympathetic deal for Ukraine may be reached.
The war will end.Putin saves some face, as does Zelensky.It is not the victory either side wanted but Ukraine can rebuild and Russia will no longer have to worry about a revolution or of their financial melt down!
