POLISH CHILD ABUSING A CAT..

guesswho 4 | 1,274

Has anyone else seen on the news some Polish child picking up a cat and repeatedly bashing it against walls and furniture...?

Some serious a** whipping before it's too late, so it will remember how it feels when you get hurt.

they can do whatever they want without any penalty...and they when they have kids....they are monsters...

Great post. Same here. If we were bad we'd get it twice, once from the cop or the teacher and again from our parents when we got home and they heard about it.

The little pricks today fear nothing and no one because parents and our society have gone soft on them. Some bad kids just need a beating.

no wonder, look at our laws. You can't even raise your voice anymore because it's considered a child abuse. What a bull. WE NEED DISCIPLINE IN THIS COUNTRY!!!

All our media creates is a whole bunch of thoughtless morons. Fvck rap, hip hop and Jerry Springer type of shows!!!

I tell you something, this kid is lucky that my dad wasn't around it when it happened, he would kick some butt for sure and if the parents came in between, they would get some whipping too.

Because it was beaten senseless? Maybe so injured it couldn't defend itself? Maybe it got a worse beating if it did try to defend itself?

Effin shyte-hed parents even presented the poor thing back to the little puke. I couldn't watch the whole video.

I think it was the older brother !

I thought the poor thing was dead or dying

It occurred to me that maybe the cat was treated well prior to the incident and was too shocked to react !Cats can be pretty flexible with ability to defend itself !

Maybe it got a worse beating if it did try to defend itself?

Yeah ! that possible I suppose !

And you might just be the reason I have more empathy for animals than humans...

Maybe it's because humans can be stupid (ie the kid in the video, his brother and obviously his parents...)

Animals are just animals. Generally predictable, interact well with people, maybe too trusting. They don't deserve that treatment.

But some animals are viscious, like bears for example. I am terribly afraid of bears *eek* I won't even take a hike in fear of meeting up with one. Just because you are stupid like an animal, doesn't mean the whole human race is stupid.

But they generally aren't predators of humans. They would probably keep their distance, given the option. Well, maybe not polar bears...

I don't believe people can be incarnated as animals. Not that I don't think animal abuse is bad, but I find that people don't need to worry about animal abuse as much as they do when there are humans in the world who are being abused. I am actually an animal lover, I have two dogs that sleep in my bed every night, and I love horses and even some cats but you have to draw the line somewhere, an animal is an animal and they are not as important as human beings.

Anytime I hear about animal abuse, I wish there was a law to do the same to the supposedly 'human' who mistreats animals. We are not talking about bears an lions here. It is up to us - people - to respect them, and stay away from their path. Wild animals are not pets.

But, in this case, a cat...poor cat. I chose not to see the clip, I can only imagine the human animalistic kid doing it. I blame the parents, as somebody above said, children are not born bad. It up to the parents to teach the children respect for other people, animals, nature..you name it.

yes, you humans, if you want to call yourself that - look after the innocent furry ones..the big and the defenseless, small ones - like the cat.

Average cat abuse every animal thats smaller than him.

My cat must be above average. I'm 185 cm and 105 kilo and he enjoys abusing me, as the scars show.

I think the blame here lays mainly on the kid filming, he was what 15 years old? he obviously enticed the 3 year old to throw the cat around for the camera.

Luckily for the cat the three year old didnt have the strength or coordination to inflict any real damage.

Well yea, its not really out of malice more like for fun. Im sure cat enjoys 'playing' with their victim.

I think part of it is because the body chemicals released during this activity makes the meat more digestable and tastier (it's why dogs for eating are hanged, I believe)

Sadly , kids who behave like this often grow up to be violent serial killers....

Not only that ... but they often end up battering their wives and -what's even worse- pdophiles. According to a 1997 study done by the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and Northeastern University, animal abusers are five times more likely to commit violent crimes against people and four times more likely to commit property crimes than are individuals without a history of animal abuse.

Many studies in psychology, sociology, and criminology during the last 25 years have demonstrated that violent offenders frequently have childhood and adolescent histories of serious and repeated animal cruelty. The FBI has recognized the connection since the 1970s, when its analysis of the lives of serial killers suggested that most had killed or tortured animals as children. Other research has shown consistent patterns of animal cruelty among perpetrators of more common forms of violence, including child abuse, spouse abuse, and elder abuse. In fact, the American Psychiatric Association considers animal cruelty one of the diagnostic criteria of conduct disorder.

When you look at one of the perpetrators who tortured and killed Jamie Bulger, one is inclined to think that even resocialisation doesn't work: "On 21 June 2010, Venables was charged with possession and distribution of indecent images of children. It was alleged that he downloaded 57 indecent images of children over a twelve month period to February 2010, and allowed other people to access the files through a peer-to-peer network. Venables faced two charges under the Protection of Children Act 1978. On 23 July 2010, Venables appeared at a court hearing at the Old Bailey via a video link, visible only to the judge hearing the case. He pleaded guilty to charges of downloading and distributing child prnography, and was given a sentence of two years' imprisonment. At the court hearing, it emerged that Venables had posed in online chat rooms as 35-year-old Dawn "Dawnie" Smith, a married woman from Liverpool who boasted about abusing her eight-year-old daughter, in the hope of obtaining further child prnography. Venables had contacted his probation officer in February 2010, fearing that his new official identity had been compromised. When the officer arrived at his home, Venables was attempting to remove the hard drive of his computer with a knife and a tin opener. The officer's suspicions were aroused, and the computer was taken away for examination, leading to the discovery of the child prnography, which included children as young as two being raped by adults."

Knowing this, I understand the calls of some of you on this forum to have the kids euthanised, cause it seems that whatever resocialisation or rehabilitation you throw at them, it'll never work,
