Do majority of Polish women wear very skimpy outfits like super short buttcheek shorts out in public?

I am a newcomer to Poland but I used to live in Las Vegas(USA) and I remember it was standard for American women to wear very skimpy outfits like tiny buttcheek shorts in public. I am originally from Thailand but when I first arrived in Las Vegas I was appalled by the way so many American women wear very skimpy outfits in social and public settings. I've even seen girls working at call centers wearing these super short buttcheek shorts. In America all the women from teenagers up to maybe 50 years old wear super short buttcheek shorts. When I first saw it I was like it's a little suck that all the women have the same style. Many American women seem to have no self respect and/or they base their self esteem on how much male attention they can get by flaunting their bodies. And then they complain about the attention they get. It's cringeworthy at best. I'm embarrassed for them. It seems like America has a very strange culture of shamelessness, almost indecent provocation. It's one of the countries where I see women walking around exposing their buttcheeks on a regular basis. Anyways, I ended up asking this question because someone told me that Poland was comparable to Las Vegas(USA) in terms of how skimpy it was. Would u say Poland is similar to USA in that regards?

Poland is too cold for skimpy outfits.

But American women have tendency to wear very skimpy outfits regardless of the weather. You will see some American women wear super short buttcheek shorts, even in cold winters.

Northern European tourists traditionally would "dress down" when on vacation in Southern Europe, much to the chagrin of locals, as often scantily-clad females from Germany, The Netherlands, Denmark or Sweden, would visit churches or similar spots in a manner deemed indiscreet!

Being a new comer to Poland you should be able to observe and answer your own question.
What town did you come from in Thailand so we can do a comparison.

I mean wearing skimpy outfits isn't necessarily a bad thing. But u certainly need to understand time and place. American women will try to get away with anything and wear these super short buttcheek shorts in any public or social settings without hesitation It really seems like American women basically lack common sense regarding which places are suitable for skimpy outfits. Plus, as I mentioned before, American women will wear super short buttcheek shorts, even in cold winters, for the sake of exhibitionism. Modern American women are complete disasters. I am not fully aware of how Polish women dress but I definitely heard very skimpy clothes are gaining a lot of popularity amongst many Polish women due to American influence.

@johnny reb But I arrived here just 2 weeks ago so and I mostly in my apartment so far I am certainly not aware of how Polish women dress in general. Anyways, I am from Pattaya Thailand.

@Somchai200, it's getting colder and nobody will be wearing skimpy clothes now, so I'm afraid you'll have to wait till summer to see for yourself.

I've never been to the US, so I can't compare. What I've noticed based on what I saw on TV was that it seems that American women are more likely to wear blouses, T-shirts or dresses with pretty big cleavages. Even at work which would be usually a "no no" in Poland. But that's pretty much all I can say, I guess.

I doubt that once the coat check counter is crossed you can see how they wear.Yes outside they have to cover for cold weather but once in a comfi zone its the same and looks more sexy.

It depends on the situation or occasion. If you work at some office/corpo with a dress code then you have no choice and you have to put on the office wear, but if you go on shopping or you're a college student you put a pair of jeans and a sweater if it's cold. During winter I also often put on a pair of leggins under my trousers, because I'm a zmarzluch lol 🥶

So why to you come to a Polish forum to degrade American women ?
Better we talk about how degrading the women in Pattaya Thailand are.

I live in the outskirts of Warszawa for a year now and I haven't seen too many women dressing skimpy. Except once in the summer two women on the street without bra with tight t-shirts..

Besides that most women dress with respect to themselves it seems.. Certainly better than what I have seen in Dutch cities.. :P

They were probably going to attend a wet T-shirt competition. I heard they are organised in Warsaw occassionally. Capital city!

On the contrary - overweight people feel less cold, because they have a lot of fat that keeps them warm. That's why it's the slim people that feel the cold more.

You are right, and everyone knows that American women are thicker than Polish women, that is, they have more fat that protects them from the cold.

I will admit that we Americans are not immune from this type of social exhibitionism:-)

Johnny Reb, Those Thai girls that showed up in the video are bar girls not average Thai girls. And these Thai girls working as bar girls are certainly not representative of the country as a whole. Thailand is a conservative country despite what most people would believe. Many foreigners believe that every Thai woman is the same as the girls who work at the bars; they are not. Average Thai girls u encounter in real life are not slutty as average American girls, despite the reputation worldwide of a small minority. And I bashed how American women even the average girls wear very skimpy clothes for the sake of exhibitionism because its true America has degenerated the entire world with their propaganda.

I agree as I spent some time there years ago.
