If I don't wanna use internet probably there is a good reason...and I can assure there is, it's a condolences letter.

The post office might offer this. Looking online all I see are ridiculously high cost private services....like 20 euros for one telegram.

I found an Italian company who will delivery it just by writine them by internet what I wanna write..
