How reliable are Internet connections/wifi in Gdansk?

We're thinking of going over for a month in June. We'll be staying in an apartment that belongs to my husband's cousin. He hasn't lived there in a while, but he's going over to check out the situation later this month to make sure the former renters haven't trashed the place.

Anyway, I run a web-based business and I will need to be able to connect frequently and reliably. If there is no access from the apartment, how easy is it to find a good wifi connection? Are there lots of cafes, etc. that offer it (even paid)? If worse comes to worse, I don't mind going to down to a local version of Starbucks or McDonald's to take care of business.

There is a list of hotspots in Gdańsk.

dostęp płatny = paid
dostęp bezpłatny = for free
brak danych o odpłatności = unknown

Majority is paid. I think it will be hard to find reliable wifi for free.

You can buy Era gsm TAK TAK prepaid simcard and use your mobile phone as a modem.
price is 50zł pcm and 500 MB limit. Better than nothing :/
