Pryzmat printer cartridges on Warsaw street

Here in my street in Warsaw there is a Pryzmat shop...The guys who sells recycled and reworked toner and ink cartridges. I took a look at their site, and the price for an ink cartridge for my Epson is almost half of that compared to an original Epson one.

Did anybody of your guys/girls already bought something like that? I do not want to ruin my printer.

Tried them once, no problems at all. Only gave up using them because I found a service that would deliver them to your door and take away the old ones for only slightly more money.

Generally speaking, the printer manufacturers don't like you using them, but that's because they make their money from supplies rather than printers.

edit : I refil the cartridges on an old battered printer at work, and they do the job fine.

The Mrs uses a similar service. No damage to the printer but the refilled ones don't last as long as the originals (although they do still work out cheaper even with that factored in).

Is that a company only operating only in Poznań? If not, can you give a link to their website?

But it's worth a look around - surely such a thing would be offered in Warsaw too?

I bought today first time a pryzmat printer cartridge. Set me back 30 PLN, whereas an original Epson costs in Saturn 90 PLN. It works just fine.

It will, but it'll run out faster than an original and the print quality will be ever so slight worse before it runs out.
