InPolska 9 | 1,816 16 Jan 2016 #61@Roger: thanks but it is a very serious 'awaria" in neighborhood and it seems that water company does not know what to do (great! ;) ( cf. read my message re topic). It could have something to do with very low temperatures although it is not cold now in Warsaw but seriously, in Poland, it is NORMAL to have cold weather in winter so their installations should be appropriate... The problem is that we don't see the end of the tunnel.... My (Polish) neighbor wished me in English 'Welcome to Poland" yesterday ;)

pawian 223 | 24,389 18 Feb 2020 #63Welcome to winter 2019/2020 - a thin layer of snow just once for a few hours from December to February.
jon357 74 | 22,054 20 Feb 2020 #64It didn't really feel like winter at all this year. We've put things back out on the roofgarden that we'd brought in. Off to Italy for a few days tomorrow; I'd booked it assuming somewhere mild would be a nice break from the weather here, however it turns out that there's only a few degrees' difference.
