Poland, as cultural center of Slavic world won`t allow this to be possible.

Poland is a strict religious country with a strong Catholic and Jewish heritage.

My country Sweden is anti puritan in sense of the homosexuals and roaming the streets.

But, don`t forget Svetovid. Svetovid still live in Poles, in all Slavs. He didn`t die. He can`t die. He is God. Great one. i assure you that Svetovid wouldn`t have understanding for the masturbation on public places. i am absolutely sure about it.

Public masturbation is of course not allowed, even though there is no law specifically targeting masturbation there is a law against unwanted public behaviour. If you walk around naked you will get arrested.

Masturbation, sexual orientation, personal family issues etc are all private things. Key word is- private.

I've just got back from this weeks meetup and although we had a great turnout once again, 3 of our attendees got arrested and the rest of us got removed from the tram. We have checked through ZTM's terms and conditions and although we all had valid tickets they still removed us. The 3 arrested were detained for nearly 2 hours with NO explanation given as to why they were detained and were each given a 200 PLN fine for being a public nuisance.

We aim to challenge the tickets as we feel that this is purely a racist attack due to the group being foreign, Its disgusting and i'm outraged at the behaviour of ZTM and also the police with all these. We were doing NOTHING wrong!

As he has placed his account precisely in this thread, it is obvious that they were checking if public masturbation would work in Poland. It didn't and both the ZTM and the police called them "Murzyn" for doing that which - as all the Brits living in Poland - they took for a racist word and now complain of Polish racism on the Polish Forum. NOTHING wrong with this!

Regardless of where you masturbate and hopefully it is behind closed doors and in privacy you are practicing safe sex. With all the transmittable diseases, particularly hiv/aids, playing with yourself is more enjoyable than having to deal with meds. Chances are open masturbation may not be readily accepted unless it is at a nudist beach.

In nudist beaches it would be very much frowned on, though the are plenty of such beaches to choose from in Poland.

What should be taken into consideration:
Allowing Public masturbation in a country were prostitution is forbidden (and were the client is being punished) vs. forbidden public masturbation in a country were prostitution is legal and they are lots of sex workers.

Note: - You can't park your car in a big Polish city without being submerged by brothels and escort agencies advertisements.
- You find local prostitutes on main roads in Poland, they are known as "tirowki" (girls for TIR drivers).
- They are many websites specialized on promotion of sex workers on the Polish internet.
- Many brothels, escort agencies, public prostitution places, private "lady" locals in Polish cities.

All of these are considered "weird", and are illegal in Sweden.

For the "Catholic" moral point of view, I've always been skeptical - How do Polish consider that?

What if they said they masturbate on their free time. would that be shocking in poland?

Masturbate on the free time is not shocking, but to tell about is shocking. Everyone has a privat buble and privat means not for everybody.
