Getting propecia in Poland

I'm trying to use Propecia (hair loss product) here in Poland. Is it available over the counter or do you need a perscription?

My research shows that it is only available with a doctor's prescription (info from here: euroclinix.pl/propecia.html). Plus it is quite expensive and it's not going to work as you expect ;). Best is to go bold and have some bear, that's a popular style in Poland these days ;)
