Can I, a Polish citizen, open a Bank Account in Poland from the UK without an address there?

I'm British and also a Polish citizen living in the UK. I want to open a bank account in Poland. Can I do this without an address in Poland? and do I need to obtain a Pesel first? If so then how can I obtain a Pesel?
