Where to buy Polish console and video games in Poland?

Hello, was wondering if anyone can provide me some information regarding video games.
Specifically, I want to purchase my little brother a xbox 360, and 2 games. He lives in Poland,
and he doesn't have one. And it would be cool if I can buy him Modern warfare 3 and Skyrim
for Christmas. Including a console of course.

How does it work when it comes to polish games? Is the game subtitled? How does it cross over?
Would it be better to buy here in USA and ship to him? I don't think it would work over there
considering different outlet.

What are some good sites to purchase? If I were to ship to my house, wrap and send it out.

I have cousins in Poland who have video game consoles (xbox 360, PSP, etc). All the big games, like sports, shooters, racing, RPG, etc, are not in Polish. Some have Polish subtitles, some don't have any Polish subtitles at all, only english. But forget about Polish voice overs in Modern Warfare 3 and Skyrim.

Merged: Does Nintendo like Poland? Why it is so difficult to find consoles and games for Wii, Wii U, DS, 3DS, etc?

I have checked in large shops like Mediamarkt, Saturn, Real and I can only find Sony/Playstation and Ms/Xbox. The only place to find stuff for Nintendo are in specialized game shops or on internet.

Does anybody know why?

It's much cheaper to buy games etc that way.
