Is anyone experiencing problems connecting to Orange (home) wi-fi with Mac?

Wi-fi constantly cutting out and none of the general online solutions have any effect. I'm beginning to wonder if Orange is the problem. Any similar experiences?

I'd check router first (hard reset it or maybe upgrade its firmware) - unlikely to have something to do with Internet provider.
