Hi

We both ( myself and my husband) are Indian we came to Poland & applied for temporary resident card . In few months I got pregnant and I went to India in 4 month of my pregnancy. I delivery baby in India and had his Indian passport. In that same month the temporary resident card is ready . We came to Poland . Temporary resident card get delayed by Poland limited resources.

So we received this card late.

No. Because the child is not the child of a foreigner that has a permanent residence card. You are reading the regulation incorrectly. A child cannot have permanent residence unless the parents have permanent residence.
