Help with info regarding create a company in Poland

Hi all.

First of all, I´d like to apologize for my English level :-)

Said that, I´m working in an IT company and after some internal meetings we have the idea to create a subsidiary company in Poland to provide some services to our clients.

I´m reading a lot of info about the salaries in Poland (that´s one very important point to be clear) but at this moment I´d need some help to know some things like:

Labor Laws
Cost company (up the monthly gross salary to the worker the company has to pay more... here in Spain we have around at 33% as cost company)

Notice period (if exists)

As you can see, any kind of help would be very useful for us.

up to 6 months: 2 weeks
6 months to 3 years : one month
after 3 years : three months
