Actually to start the visa process you will need to have a complete business plan + prove that you have money enough to do your business, start it and survive with it for a time. Also you will need to emmploy at least 2 Poles.

Besides that, your residence permit will not be permanent (if your business close, you lose it) for quite a time.

If you start a business withou have all approvals and visas, you have a huge chance of lose all your money.

I Know because i am starting to go through all this process. I Would like to warn you that NEVER invest all your capital in a business, since there are much more chances that you will fail than succeed. Specially when investing in a country with total different rules than yours.

Is it Possible to get a Start up if you are not a Pole or EU citizen in Poland but you have a TRC?
If so what circumstances could it be done?

Yes. Hire an attorney. The VAT process is complicated and you need one to do it right. Also banking can be an issue. I am American and went through all of this, no way I would do it alone.

PLubbe, I assume you're from Germany, but perhaps from The Netherlands?
Only curious as I've noticed over the past several months, many from either Scandinavia, namely Sweden or Denmark, Germany or The Netherlands, have this interest in setting up a concern in Poland.

Hi,

Does anyone offer a facility to form a company in Poland maybe with the help of a local resident as I believe the process is quicker?
