Citizenship through the courts and timeline

In October 2021 I submitted an application for Polish citizenship through the courts. As of three weeks ago the Foreigner Affairs Office said that a draft decision has been made. Does anyone know how long it takes for this to be finalized when applying directly in Poland?

I have my doubts about Polish courts. 24 years old pushed his 80 years old grandma through a window, she died and they let him off the hook. Wonders.

From the governmental website. It suggests (which is true) that the Polish president is directly involved in the process by signing the formal citizenship approval when everything else is in order:

"How long will you wait from submitting the form for Polish citizenship?

The President of the Republic of Poland is not bound by any deadlines in matters of granting Polish citizenship. In practice, the decision of the President of the Republic of Poland is currently expected for over a year.

Can I appeal when my application is denied due to other than missing paperwork?

You cannot appeal. The decisions of the President of the Republic of Poland are final."
