Hello, I am trying to find the Long version of the Serenity Prayer in Polish for my uncle who is 82 and Hemiplegic meaning half his body on the left side is paralyzed.
My mom (my uncle's sister) are both from Poland but she came to Canada when she was just 8. She can speak Polish fluently but writing and typing it on an American keyboard is different.
For the English we have:
But for the Polish she could only find an image of the short version.
Using Google Translate gave me this which I don't know which parts are not quite right. I will let my mom read it but we could use anyone's help if you are willing. Thank you.

SERENITY PRAYER
God, grant me the Serenity
to accept the things I cannot change
the Courage to change the things I can
and the Wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time,
enjoying one moment at a time,
accepting hardship as the pathway to peace.
Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is,
not as I would have it.
Trusting that He will make all things right,
if I surrender to His will.
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him forever in the next.
Amen.
