Law / Hiring a Polish Worker - Pros and Cons [107]

As much as i adore poland, i honestly think the uk needs to change the laws on immigration to this country, not just for the polish peeps, but more importantly for the rag heads and the vast influx of roma people heading for these shores. At the end of the day i have never met a pole i didnt like or trust, on the other hand, if we in scotland have well educated muslim doctors trying 2 blow up airports and we have roma men selling kids for sex on the streets of glasgow, then we need to get rid of them, or at the very least stop more of them getting in.

Do i blame the polish, lithuanians, latvians etc for heading to the uk to take advantage of the situation? Do i hell, because if i thought moving to any of these or any other country would improve my life then i would be gone in a heart beat. If i remember correctly in the early 90s i headed down to london to work on various buiding sites as an electrician, because if i put in the hours and worked hard i could make £600/£700 a week . Am i any different from the poles? I worked hard, away from home for weeks at a time, i was lonely, sad, i had next to no friends.

I was a foreigner in a foreign land! For england is foreign to me!

NIGEL!!! Best beer though is definetly British
Our Ales are fantastic and 80 shilling in Scotland was superb,Youngs Oatmeal Stout-heaven.Next comes Lithuania,wow what a choice of flavours, Romania-gold Ursus is great, and Latvia do a good lager aswell

My god mate ur taste in lager/beer is revolting! I have been to lithuania 6/7 times and only once has the beer been any good, as for latvia! The last time i was there me and my 2 mates and 2 german girls tried every varation of beer/lager that was available and every one was equally disgusting. As for romania, bulgaria maybe 4 out of 10.

In scotland only tennants or maybe carling are even worth a mention, but are so poor when u compare them 2 Zywiec or lech.

For me personally i like Zywiec. The guy in my local off-sales sells me it by the case, and even though he charges me more than the 0.5zl charge thats on the can, i still think its the best lager i have drank anywhere in the world

I love polska for its people, for its beer, for its totally stunning girls, for its beer, for the mentality, for its beer, for the attitude, for its beer, for its struggles (which have made it stronger) and for its beer.

Its a great country, and from the start of the 90s i have been so many times, and each time i go back i see more improvement, i feel more hope and i sense pride.

By the way i will be in warsaw for a few days from the 13th and then for a couple of days from the 19th...............3.5zl for a beer in the old bus station if anyone is interested, pop by and say hello.
