Stanislaw Leszczynski had two daughters. His older daughter, Anna, died at age 18 and he told his daughter, Maria, never to utter her name, because he mourned Anna for the rest of his life. His descendants did not carry on his surname, because Maria married the King of France. Many of his descendants became members of various royal houses of Europe.
