Help Finding Birth and Death Records in Płock

Hello,

I've found good information on Genetka but still am not able to find this information. Can someone please help? I'm in the US and can't read Polish.

1. Birth record for Celia or Cecelia Marie Skibicki. Born ~1880. Mother: Konstancja (Bogucka) Skibicki, father: Stefan Skibicki. They lived outside of Płock. Celia is my great grandmother and she and her parents emigrated to the US around 1890.

2. Death record and place of burial for Konstancja's parents. Father: Tomasz Bogucki born 1822 in Biała, Płock, mother: Balbina Teofila Jozefkowicz born in 1824 in Biała, Plock.
