Genealogy / Cities/Villages - Hawastwana, Stemslaw, Hainistariew and Hainstaodie [16]

I'm currently working on my family tree and came across my great grandmother and her children's Declaration of Passenger to Canada. On the form it gives their places of birth but it is all handwritten and not really readable. The best I can come up with for their places of birth are : Hawastwana(?), Stemslaw(?), Hainistariew(?) and Hainstaodie(?). They came to Canada in 1922. My great grandmother's name was Agata Scibak and her husband was Ignatius Scibak. Their children were Jozefa, Wladyslawa, Marja and Beauesland? Again all the spelling can be wrong based on trying to read an old handwritten document. I'm wondering if there is a way to find the proper places of birth and spellings of their names, along with any other information. This is the only documents I have on this side of my family.
