How many of those are parental properties divisible amongst siblings if sold? how many are owned by a single large company or business owner? I'm sorry but your math is totally off here. Do you realize that 1% of 38 million is 380,000 people? so 10% polish population means 3.8 million people? HOWEVER, total number of millionaires in Poland is just 116,000 as per the latest data released at the end of 2019.

In Poland? I would say it's unrealistic for the "Plenty" to earn that salary in Poland. The US is another story.. value of money depends on the location. No government want citizens to be able to save that much money, what would motivate them to keep working and not retire early? If the US is paying such salary then there the living expenses are high enough to leave you with little or nothing... in Poland similar average salary is $12 - $18K a year, at least from what I have seen.

I don't think so. Allegro and Amazon are different in many ways... with allegro anyone can sell their personal used items.. Amazon will not even allow a seller to list products without Barcodes and UPC numbers.. if you are selling products of another brand then seller needs to provide evidence that he has the rights to sell that other brand product or register his own brand. Amazon don't do business like allegro does so they both will exist in their own ways.

What guarantee is there that the Polish court will be fair to a foreigner? If you stay with someone for long enough then there is also a Civil partnership angle the court may act upon.
