Sure, RCC is guilty of the same thing but at least we don't claim that we haven't changed. Orthodoxy is so obviously corrupt, greedy, servile towards the state and dripping with gold and jewels that they put even our clergy to shame with their pomp and bombast. I wouldn't like to be among this golden-chamber-pots brigade when Christ returns to judge us. God have mercy on them.


One thing that strikes me about the Church fathers, both Greek and Latin - and you will have to accept this fact as a quality historian - is that there wasn't a single Russian among them. :)

Poland, as opposed to Czechia (definitely Western) or Russia (definitely Eastern), has always been tragically torn in our civilisational identity, and I am not able to say with full confidence what our hearts would choose if they were forced to make a choice (the brains would choose Western). That's why - being torn between two different worlds - we developed our own, unique turbo-Sarmatian, Slavic-Latin civilisation, incorporating all of the best of the two worlds and inheriting none of the worst.

Ale jednak nie wszystkie dzieci "do pewnego wieku" mordują swoich rówieśników. Są to nieliczne, marginalne przypadki i powinna mieć tutaj miejsce długotrwała izolacja - podobnie jak w przypadku dorosłych - ale prowadzona w specjalnych ośrodkach dla nieletnich i połączona z realną resocjalizacją (bo ewidentnie "coś poszło nie tak" w pierwotnym procesie socjalizacji tych dzieci). Nie wyobrażam sobie, żeby małoletni mordercy mogli w ogóle unikać kary.

Dlatego właśnie napisałem, że powinno się budować więcej na wynajem. Jeżeli będzie powstawało więcej nieruchomości na wynajem, to i ceny spadną i standard z czasem też się podniesie. Natomiast to, że istnieje w naszym kraju patowynajem, podobnie jak patodeweloperka, to już jest inna kwestia. Wszystko to nie zmienia faktu, że polskie podejście "za wszelką cenę na swoim" w przypadku ludzi, którzy oboje zarabiają jakieś marne 4 tysiące na rękę i ładują się w kredyty na 25 lat (25 lat wegetacji przy takich zarobkach i konieczności spłaty kredytu), bo "rodzina na swoim", "lepiej płacić kredyt niż wynajmować" itp. to jest po prostu nierozsądne, odbija się na zdrowiu tych ludzi i zmniejsza mobilność siły roboczej.

Dzieci rodziły się w Polsce międzywojennej i za komuny, kiedy mieszkań było jeszcze mniej, a ogólne warunki życia zdecydowanie gorsze. Fakt, że rodzi się mniej dzieci wynika ze zmian w mentalności ludzi, a nie z kwestii materialnych. Mam wielu znajomych, którzy materialnie są zabezpieczeni do n-tego pokolenia, a dzieci i tak nie chcą mieć - z wygody, egoizmu i inaczej poukładanych priorytetów życiowych.

Mieszkania wynajmuje się na całym świecie. W Polsce tylko 4% ludzi mieszka w wynajmowanych lokalach - w Niemczech jest to 41%. Czyli co? W Niemczech mają dziesięć razy gorzej niż w Polsce? Oczywiście, że nie. Po prostu tam rozumieją, że nie każdy może posiadać własną nieruchomość na własność, a w przypadku słabiej zarabiających wynajem jest naturalną opcją i nie ma w tym nic złego. Powinno się więcej budować na wynajem, tak żeby ceny wynajmu spadły, a nie brnąć na siłę we wciskanie wszystkim ludziom kredytów mieszkaniowych.


To skąd te ponad 600 tysięcy lokali socjalnych i mieszkań komunalnych w zasobach miast polskich? Generalnie uważam, że powinniśmy iść w stronę systemu niemieckiego.

Przesadzasz. Nie znam nikogo wśród swojej rodziny i znajomych, kto nie miałby swojego mieszkania lub domu. Oczywiście część z nich (tych mniej zaradnych) nadal spłaca kredyty, zresztą to zależy też od wieku, ale mieszkają "na swoim" i nie jęczą. Jak kogoś na mieszkanie rzeczywiście nie stać, to niech wynajmuje - tak jak dzieje się to na całym świecie. Tylko w Polsce panuje przekonanie, że własna nieruchomość każdemu się po prostu z automatu należy, niezależnie od dochodów, pracowitości itp. Zresztą Polska, z całym swoim systemem TBSów i mieszkań socjalnych, i tak jest bardzo hojnym państwem pod tym względem.
